I created a cafepress shop way back in 2011 it took me three years to get enough from commissions ($25) dollars sent to my paypal account. {Because the base prices {their cut} make it impossible to make more then 50 cents a product and it still sells.} Then around maybe 2018 somewhere they changed it to where they credited you cafe cash instead of money. So I spent the 15.00 cafe cash on two $#*!ty stickers for my brother. Yes you read that right two stickers was the cheapest thing I could find. Because I knew I would never ever reach the $25 payout again. That is if they even still paid you. Because they commandeered my account twice during periods of inactivity taking my designs and posting them in the marketplace for "price testing" adjusting the already too high bases prices.They then took all and everything that was left by charging {no up front shop fees} and {inactivity fees} I am honestly surprised they aren't trying to say I owe them money now. RIP OFF Company DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! DELETING AND NEVER RETURNING PS Even when you delete your shops you cannot delete the ones they made using your designs and products the admin shops in the marketplace stay FOREVER.

I ordered a custom toddler t-shirt for my granddaughter with her nickname on the front. When I received it, the bottom part of one of the letters was missing. When I called the company they said I had ordered it that way. It seems to me if part of a letter goes beyond the printing boundary, the site should alert you that all the text will not be printed. I paid $30 for a shirt she can wear to play in the dirt! This is my first and last order from Cafepress.

I ordered three hats with different sayings on them. Too high above the brim putting the words on the top of my head. I'm tall, nobody can see it. On one, the colors are so faded it is unreadable looking straight at it. The words are all are so small they would be unreadable even if correctly placed. Hat very small with an adjustable strap so it is wearable but fits poorly. I recommend that you do not buy hats from Cafepress.

They shipped promptly so the disappointment came quickly.

Their website is very confusing so I thought I ordered one product but ended up getting something different. I asked to return and exchange it for what I wanted and they said I could not do that because I already received the item! To their credit though they did give me a refund.

I had a bad feeling right after I placed the order.Delivery was slow, the product was more expensive than competitors. Bad on me.

I carefully chose and ordered two magnets for my sparkley new 2023 Honda CR-V... both related to my passion for spaying, neutering and pet adoption. Both are such poor quality that I imagine they'll end up in the trash and never on my vehicle. The printing is blurry, the color of the print is not vivid (an understatement), and it is not even centered. Imo a complete and total waste of time and money

My son is in the military. He got deployed in April of 2022 and won't return until April of 2023. I bought my first 26 cards on CafePress so I could send him one card every week. I sent an email to CafePress to see if I could get a discount for ordering so many cards at once. I received a very nice email response from a young lady that thanked me for his deployment but also gave me a discount code for the cards. After I sent out the 26 cards I needed more. So I went and made another purchase of 15 more cards. I didn't request a discount I just made the purchase because my son said he loved getting the cards and some of them made him laugh so hard by the pictures or the sayings on the cards. The quality of these cards were above my expectations and the customer service was excellent. I will continue to purchase these cards even when my son returns home. Thank you Cafepress.

Do not order from this company. Unless you really do not care when your packages arrive. Or even if they arrive. No customer service to help you. I paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. It's September 7th and they said it would be there September 8th and the post office doesn't even have it yet. This company is not going to help you and will blame the post office. Shop somewhere else!

I designed a onesie online and had it all centered and nice. Immediately after making the purchase I received an email and noticed the writing was off-center. I notified them within minutes and they said there wasn't anything they could do, just give me a refund if it's wrong. It showed up wrong of course, we both could've saved a lot of time and I still had to pay for shipping, just absurd.
