The blind fits well however, the cords were too short so the blind would not close more than 3/4 of the way. We wound up having to cut all 3 cords which make using the blind a real problem. Also, the installation directions are probably the worst I've ever seen. Access to a video would make a real difference.
Website was easy to use and had great discounts. Product was very well packaged. Instructions were clear and concise. The clips are very sturdy as well as the draws. You definitely get what you pay for. They look fabulous.
This is not my first time ordering from Blinds.com. The website interface is great, even for someone new to ordering blinds. I love the option to have someone measure and install for you, the person I had last time was pleasant, thoughtful, and thorough. I would not hesitate to order from blinds.com, and I've shared the site link with numerous friends who have moved. It's simply the best site for blinds.
The blinds were all cut perfectly and installation was easy. The only complaints I have are that some of the slats need paint touch ups and the valances did not come with the corner brackets and side pieces.
The website was easy to use but the delivery was really bad. Both ends of the box were open on delivery and the fixtures in a separate package inside the original box were delivered separately. I consider it lucky that we received everything in the end.
So far so good but I'm not thrilled that I have to have a measure appointment. I'm in a huge hurry for this shade so don't want to add time. It seems like a very simple measurement so don't know why I need an extra appointment.
Very simple to order, such a great add on to decor. My install was a replacement as the wand broke off the old blinds. Nothing wrong with it, just like the wand attached. Snap the old one out and snap the new one in place. Back to new blinds. Would definitely recommend these to anyone.
I got wonderful help from Yaya. She guided me with colors and asked good questions as to what I wanted and needed in a shade. I placed the order that morning. When the blinds came there were easy to understand instructions and I put them up in 20 minutes. Love them!
Easy to order, but the delivery dates given with the order were much later than when the blinds came. (The blinds came much earlier) It would have been nice to get a realistic date when I placed the order.
Took forever to get order, ordered well before Christmas received incomplete order in January. Do not order on, around or after any holidays.
Plan on PLUNTY of time for your order to be made and shipped. Also parts necessary to install or function properly may be missing and require additional time to receive them.
Quality and fitment in my opinion was good. Customer service got me the correct missing parts but again it just took forever to receive them.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
