Bilpaid has good and bad for our purposes. You can easily set up an account and only pay based on what comes through. You can get a person, and get basic friendly help easily for basic things, but I find you dont get correct or helpful answers with how to properly have it interact with other softwares like Moodle. You are basically on your own. I also dont like that to download a log, even with less than 10 items, takes overnight and it never used to. Very inconvenient. It is nice that people recognize and look for Bilpaid. We will continue to use it, but I do wish some changes would be made and our voices heard.
I like the option to take payments on the go. I use my smartphone or tablet to take payments from customers that do not carry cash. I can also email my customers and an invoice from my phone app or from the website. I love having the convenience of adding payment buttons on my blogging sites for donations. This has also made it easy for me to pay myself. I think everyone should use this tool if they are beginning a business online.
This is my 3rd month with BilPaid, seems a great company with a good accoutn manager Rose Morris... SHe was always been on her toes for any quaries even after the accoutn is set up or any chargbecj arrised.
For tech Support companies, who do genuine business, I recommend.
