Feb 5th I placed an order for 2 3D printers that were $100 each. The site advertised that orders of $49 were free 2 day shipping. B&H charged me $35 for shipping, then shipped them to arrive a week later. When time came, only 1 printer arrived, with the second printer supposedly "in transit". I contacted B&H, and their reply was for me to wait an additional 3 to 5 days, at which time they would look into reshipping the printer. Not only did I not get their supposed free 2 day shipping, I waited a week to only get half of my order, and will have to wait nearly another full week before they will correct this. When I responded that this was unacceptable, their response was for me to spend even more money to order another printer, then after their wait period I could begin a refund process for the "missing printer". Not only did they lie about shipping costs, they think I should either pay or wait for them to correct their problems. Very anti-consumer practices. My advice to others, is to only do business with them at your won risk. Clearly they are dishonest and all they care about is getting your money, not getting you what you ordered.
The website is well organized and finding items is always easy. Allows creation of wishlists and provides access to reviews as well as all relevant data and detiled pictures and specs. Prices are highly competitive. Great customer service. In person store experience is also excellent with knowledgeable staff.
I have been shopping with B&H for a while now and I get stellar service. Anytime I need help with anything, I can quickly connect with someone via their chat and have never been steered wrong. They are the most professional, friendly and reliable company I've ever had the pleasure of shopping with.

My go to site for cameras, lenses, binoculars and accessories. GUI on website is topnotch, easy to navigate considering the vast number of items they carry. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. I went to store for years when I lived in metro area and now online.
Better selection of Apple computers than the Apple Store, free two day shipment, and on $20 for one day. I have ordered a lot of A/V equipment from B&H over the years and every order has been perfectly filled and fast. In an age of declining customer service, it's a pleasure to know that B&H maintains its high standards.

In this instance I found a lower price on Amazon. Doesn't happen very often. I followed the instructions and within 10 minutes had the lower price accepted. No hassle, no telephone calls just good service.
