This company does not respond to phone calls nor emails. They have a horrible return policy. If you can find it, make sure you read it before ordering. I have sent 3 email messages and no one responds. I did open returns but they will only give credit for some shoes when returned. Not sure why. If you can find their return policy, please read it before you consider ordering. *Their phone goes to a recorded message telling you that you have to email them. They DO NOT respond to the emails you send (I sent 3). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

All good, but it take too long to get my order in on time! I would have liked to get 3 of the Sandals instead of two! The third was out of stock by the time my credit card went through!

I have yet to receive my order after two weeks. I reached out to customer service, and they have not been responsive or helpful in any way in resolving this issue or refunding my money.
The white dress I purchased was obviously used-it has snags and dirt around the neckline and waistline. They denied the damage even after I sent them photos of the damage and wouldn't make it right. I bought junk.
Bought a larger size due to sale price and what was available. LOVE the loose fit! Pure silk. The real kind. The boots are a pretty shade of green, brighter than forest, and absolutely practical style for Maine. Another great score from BHFO~!

I've bought many things from BHFO. Prices are much better than anywhere else and I always come across wonderful finds.
This is my second time placing an order with this website. I bought all clearance items so I am taking chances with the sizing. So far so good only a couple didn't fit right but since I anticipated that i wouldn't be able to return them because they're on clearance and final sale I'm not mad about it. Ordering is easy and delivery came in just a week. I recommend this website and will order again.
Received my shoes very quickly and they were just as described. I thought my order would take several weeks, like other websites. I was very surprised that was not the case
The dress is more than $100 but it's torn and bad sewing repairs with different color of thread and rush sewing. The other two clothes are all deterior materials than I thought. It's not worthy to buy and return by paying $9.
I found the perfect dress for my son's wedding and delivery was quick. Unfortunately it was not a good fit, not their fault, so I had to return it. It was an extremely easy process.
I am very disappointed that these very pretty shoes immediately started shedding the rhinestones. I have barely worn them and they already have patches of missing sparkles. The sparkles were the reason I bought the shoes.
The seam was broken. It's a final sale so I can't return.

Its a pitty that sometimes the ítems arrive and others don't, you have beautiful ítems in a very Goodyear price but the way you send them to México is ver unreliable, I don't why but the ítems didn't arrive
