I continue to use Battery Clerk for the reasons stated above. Their prices are as good or better than everyone else, including the big box store websites (and about 1/2 the price of the auto parts stores). If you have a question the people working there are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond (by email) or, as I recall from previous times, available on the phone. Lastly, they ship right away, and their two day shipping is done at a fair price.
Ordered some sealed batteries for the first time from Batteryclerk. Arrived on time but one was cracked. I let customer service know and they had a replacement coming in 2 days, no hassle. Great to have such great service e and competitive prices.
The order was LOST in shipping. I was told it would be replaced. I was supposed to receive it Jan 31, but as of Feb 14, the order has still not been shipped. No one can tell me when I should expect it. Great way to win over repeat customers.
There I was, needing batteries and not knowing where to turn to for my low voltage life.
Enter: Battery Clerk to cure my battery blues.
When there was one set of footprints, it was when you illuminated them with your mighty, yet affordable, charge.
Thank you, Battery Clerk!
Purchased a battery for my 09 HD Streetglide, best price I could find compared to others. Very fast shipping, received in 2-3 days after placing order. Definitely would recommend and will use again if needed.
Scooter batteries lost power and unable to run for a short half hour trip barely a year after purchase, compared to nearly four years for the previous batteries.
The scooter is not used on a daily basis and I would estimate that the batteries have only had 100-150 cycles.
Because warranty is only 12 month which had just expired Battery Clerk offer no replacement or partial refund.
I figured with the good reviews, it being a Canadian site, and the batteries being much pricier than other sites that I would at least be paying for a good quality battery, but it's practically a dud. ~2 hours battery life on the absolute highest battery saving settings. Complete waste of nearly $200.
The " Big Crank " battery that I ordered for my Harley FLHTCU 2012 was perfect fit and CCA for my bike. The size was perfect, and it was fully charged when I got it. The warranty exceeds some name brand batteries also. Recommend this option when buying a replacement for any of my vehicles. Check out the specs on your present battery and compair - you will be surprised.
Website was easy to navigate, I found exactly what I needed at a great price, and completed my ordering without complication. I asked for 2 day delivery and it came early on the second day. I received several emails updating me with order status throughout those two days. I will definitely use batteryclerk.com again.
I needed these batteries for my wife's handicap scooter because we are leaving on a trip in a few days. If I hadn't gotten the batteries when I did, she would have lost out on several things we planned to do.
How this company rates a 4.8 star review is beyond me. If any review site would allow a 0 I would leave one. I've ordered AJC batteries several times thru one of my companies suppliers (Global Industrial) whom in turn buys them from Battery Clerk and are drop shipped. While the AJC battery itself is decent, the packaging and shipping practices of Battery Clerk are despicable. No packaging material most of the time. Batteries laid on their side and stacked, and the box they come in is barely big enough to fit the batteries. No room for cushion of protective packaging material. Most of the contacts on the batteries are pinched or mashed, contact covers have fallen off or missing. I will never buy from them or another source who uses them ever again
I was looking for a battery when I came across batteryclerk, which had my battery in stock and at the best price across the board. Ordering was quick and simple. Ordered on Saturday, received on Tuesday. I was also able to track the order which was convenient. Would highly recommend.
Hello,
Thank you for sending me the battery I ordered for my motorcycle quickly! However, it was not charged even though it indicated on the box that it was. Did I receive an old battery?
Nonetheless, I was able to charge it and my motorcycle is running well!
Margaret
If you need ay kind of battery then batteryclerk is the store for you as I have relaised that it is for me too. It has so any batteries in stock and each with a very generous price tag. I ordered a lead battery and it was dispatched and delivered on time. The packaging was good and no harm came to my battery during delivery.
I'm sorry to give a bad review, but I have no choice. The website was clear about ordering the right battery, so I called the company directly. I gave them the year, make, size of my motorcycle. The person was very pleasant and provided me a link on which battery to purchase, so I did.
Well of coarse I received the wrong battery.
Customer service then gave me a return address of Oklahoma, I purchased the battery out of New Jersey (I'm from Massachusetts). I paid with shipping from New Jersey about $40.00 to buy this battery.
Shipping out of UPS was $30.00 to go to Oklahoma from Massachusetts for a return.
So at this point, I'd be looking at $70.00 to get a $30.00 refund.
Somehow I feel Battery Clerk has got this all figured out.
Disappointed big time!
I am pretty sure the battery I received would have been great if it fit my watch. It looked recently manufactured, and better than typical amazon stuff.
BUT, it took an entire month to get here, and it is not the correct battery. There are two types of battery for my watch, and most sites will clearly warn you of this when purchasing. They only offer one of the types, and with NO warning it might not fit. When I asked to return it, they said they wouldn't pay shipping since I received the one they sent. They fail to see that they are not doing their part in helping sell the correct product, and then they told me I was wrong.
We all know apple just wants us to buy new ipods when the battery dies on the old one as apple won't sell you a battery for your ipod. Just go to this site and boom, new ipod again. I can't afford to keep getting new ipods and they all do the same thing just smaller anyways. Save your old ipod and just pop in a new battery.
I bought this battery because it said it was an exact replacement for 1996 zr580 efi, but it was too big for my battery tray. I have to fab my own battery tray...
I needed a battery for my motorbike ad I managed to get one from batteryclerk. It did to take me long to fid the right one because their website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was not that hard either. This store is definetly recommendable. It took just a few days for what I had ordered to be delivered but that is because of the distance.
My first order didn't arrive the day that I was notified that it would. After notifying the company the next day about they checked into it and found that it had been lost in transit. They gave me the option of refunding by money or reshipping my order. I chose to have it reshipped and got 2 days later.
Answer: The order confirmation and payment receipt went to my provided email. To track the order, I had to install the free app "Shop." Then I was able to follow it from order processing to delivery. I also needed to call Customer Service regarding an issue, and the CS rep pulled up my order, immediately. (I did have my order # from my email confirmation).
Answer: No customer service it is a generic respond customer service is a joke
Battery Clerk has a rating of 4.3 stars from 3,915 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Battery Clerk ranks 2nd among Batteries sites.
