I have purchased 9 times from this seller between different sites they use like ebay and amazon for example. 4 of the 9 items came damaged. I get replacements & all 4 replacements are damaged? That's 8 damaged items & this last one I just received smelled like rats in a box. All within a 2 month time period. I called their C/S asking for compensation for so many abnormal screwups. NOPE. Nothing. They won't compensate u even though they keep selling JUNK/CRAP then making excuses about it taking NO accountability but they will take ur money right away. They wanna keep that Didn't even want to exchange Until I said i'd contact BBB plus C/A. Even Sups won't help. They can keep this money. I'm done with their poor C/S Plus lack of accountability. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I just got an email for them now asking me for picture proof yet AGAIN after sending them proof for ever damaged item through there respective website even after knowing this keeps happening Like i am LYING cause i have nothing better to do? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sell u broken down used junk then want to blame U like it's ur fault. They SWEAR they are sending out new items then blame shipping yet these damages show CLEARLY they are either returns that were already damaged and instead of having their quality control CHECK the returns then seeing these should NOT be resold, they just throw it back in the box and sell it to the next person hoping they won't complain and keep it so they can pocket UR money when ur paying for a NEW item, not all this used returned JUNK they keep trying to sell as new. Either that or almost every manufactured item is damaged? This is just ONE Of the 4 items i have had to return 2 times and keep getting damaged junk. Plenty of pics of MORE items. Just showing an example before they TRY make excuses to cover their lies cause they are gonna LIE cause these companies will NOT be accountable and hurt their PROFITS cause profits is at ALL costs, not the customer satisfaction.

Horrible

Bought on Amazon. Tried to cancel a couple hours later. They would not cancel. They say its already shipped, but UPS says they have not picked up the package yet and its days later now. So they tell Amazon its been shipped but its not actually shipped. They say that I can return it after its been delivered. However its at my cost. My cost to ship something that heavy will outweigh the price I paid, so it would be senseless to ship back. That is however, what they are hoping for. They still get paid! They are so desperate to make money, that this is how they have to do it. Stay away from this place! They are nothing more then con artists in my opinion!

We are a non-profit organization and placed four orders in a short span of time. We received confirmation emails for each order following shipping notifications. A day prior to delivery we received emails from UPS stating that the deliveries had been rerouted to their warehouse in Inwood, NY (shipped from Ontario, CA). There was no communication from the business and I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks to have the orders fulfilled. This error and lack of responsiveness has put immense pressure on our organization, and I have tried calling multiple times and have sent countless emails and nothing has been resolved. I don't know if they are still in business or a scam website, but we are simply trying to receive our orders and have tried to reach out in any way possible.

Trying to run when learning to crawl

They're just not ready yet. Shipment will arrive drastically late, prices differentiate significantly between Amazon to their site, and should an issue occur which it likely will they depend on a forgiveness not permission approach. They send an incomplete order, or something didn't arrive, lots of apologizing, and expect this to occur several times.

Total scam and rip off.

I ordered a replacement remote for my sound system and when it didn't arrive I called and explained the situation to which they said they would send a a replacement. Neither order ever arrived and they won't answer my emails. Can't even get them on the phone anymore, it just hangs up every time I try.
I would give them zero stars but this system won't let you do that.

Rockville RPG8 & RPG 15's are a hoax. Not a single testing lab label on either product. Garbage.
Does not perform in the wattage range advertised and apparently the product never could.
Imagine buying a speaker rated at a peak rating of 800-1000 watts and it's barely performing at 35 watts. It's mind numbing that this stuff is allowed to be sold on Amazon and the Rockville website along with other vendors. Commerce FRAUD! No call backs, no email responses no response from vendors when contacted through Amazon.

Happy customer

I saw this Rane one flight case for $40 bucks cheaper on this site than everyone else. After I ordered it I came across some reviews and they were mostly negative. I immediately panicked and thought I was going to get taken for my money. I immediately received a order confirmation the next day and received my case in 3 days. I'm glad I tried them out myself. Thank you Audio Savings will be doing business with you again.

Scam artists
July 21, 2021

Ordered 2 items that were listed in stock. Checked out, paid heard nothing after getting order confirmation. Called customer service 1 week later to check status and was told the order was cancelled that they were out of stock. No emails, nothing, still waiting for refund to process. Going to dispute the charge now. Customer service was useless. Stay away!

Absolutely love my Rockville RPG 1470 powered mixer and 12.24 cabs... you would have to be stupid to pay 10 times the price for Mackie, Jbl, or any of those other brands to have the same quality sound for equipment that people are going to spill drinks on and knock over requiring you to replace it anyway

Idiots and thieves

Long story short, don't buy from here. They sent me a severely damaged product then forced me to pay to repackage and send it back. Told me they assumed I carried free shipping supplies in my home fior 3 foot tall 60 pound speakers. Clearly crooks or people of sub intelligence.
