Do not pay them any money before you receive the goods. Astouch Technology in Shenzhen, China is a Fraud. I am posting this review because they provide fake invoices, get you to pay for goods then tell you 2 weeks later they can not delivery. They then offer other lower grade items but will not provide a refund.
I worked with Astouch almost for 5 years. So far I highly think of Astouch a reliable business partner. During these 5 years relationship, they are always standing by our side to help us. I remembered one time, we are going to resell these pos to our customers but we were requested to give product covered warranty with 2 years. After I forward this problem to Astouch team, I got an email from their Managing director and got a agreement for warranty of 2 years without any cost increasing. I was surprised Astouch promised so because I got many many quotation from Chinese company with product warranty of 1 year only. Till warranty end now we totally trusted Astouch quality and Astouch team.
I have been interested in reading the comments below. I have a POS company in the USA and I also have unfortunately had dealings with Astouch Technology. The quality of their product was very poor. It cost me a lot of money. I would not recommend to anyone.
This is a fake review by a company named Access POS Pty Ltd in Australia, who's a real liar and has already bankruptcy, they cheated our samples and say bad words to our company, if you said the quality is poor, you must have a proof instead of slander others with different names, what a shame!

We send our POS touch monitors to them, and they didn't pay us, if our quality is not satisfy, why you refuse to send return our sample and ask refund,? We never refuse to refund, but we must receive our product first.
