Had Great Experience with the website. Found Good Pricing on candles and diffusers. The shipment was quick and smooth. Its my favorite Store for my home decore needs.

I purchased Thymes candles from this site.One arrived defective, wick was melted into the candle. To make a LONG story short I just say I tried my absolute best to resolve the issue with this company but their lack of service and communication made it impossible! After nearly a month of trying to get a refund I was forced to file a claim with my bank, that got them to finally respond to me! I was totally willing to reverse the claim if they refunded the candle, and once I saw the credit in my bank account. Now once I reversed the claim my bank says it takes 7-10 days to finalize so it is a bit of a waiting process now for them. During this time a man yelled at me on the phone for his money and threatening to send me to collections, literally yelled, they harassed me constantly via text, phone calls, and emails. I had to block them on everything! They took FOREVER with their communication but DEMANDED immediate results now from me! The whole ordeal was such a waste of my time, chasing them to help me, calling my bank to file the claim & then reverse it (you know how long banks keep you on hold), dealing with their numerous harassing phone calls & messages- it was a nightmare! Update: now that they know I filed a complaint with BBB & left a review, they sent me this email. You see what I'm dealing with! Beware!
