HORRIBLE! THEIVES! They offer $99 cards and a $50 off code. Then they charge $198 and no place to put the code. THEN you continue you have to pay another $99 and two more phone call appointments! I can walk into a clinic for $99 and they file the paperwork. DECEPTIVE THEIVES! Run fast! They refused my request for a refund because I changed my mind. ABSOLUTELY NOOOOOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE! And they don't even care that I write this, they will just keep stealing from us

Everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable. The process is simple and fast. I have been using them since the first card I obtained six years ago.

Update; ARcannabis management finally called. We discussed the situation. They accepted responsibility, apologized and fully refunded my money.
ARcannabis runs a fast money grab hustle. The salespeople will lie outright, misrepresenting their products by advising you that certain add-ons are required under "new state law". They'll tell you that this "form" is required by law and required for all forthcoming renewals. Then, you'll pay an additional $90 on top of the $250. That $90 form is the scam. It's not a legal requirement and will have no impact on the issuance of your mmj card. Once they get your money, you'll never be able to contact them again. If you have a problem, they'll ignore you. Patient beware.

Set up online DR appt. Received two calls ensuring I had paid the service and record fees.
Was supposed to hear from Doctor at 1. Asshat never called, they refuse to answer any emails or texts.

This company is a Scam! Kaitlynne Williams the Records and Billing Manager is a Disgusting human. Karma is a you know what!? She's manipulative and doesn't want to refund money for services they never provided. I within less then 24 hrs spoke with my dispensary who literally said this is a scam and put me in contact with a wonderful program and provider who already has my med card renewed for $75 and not the $298 they raped me of after the caused me to have an anxiety attack and kept pushing forms and emails and pushing me for a payment. I work in a medical office and we dont treat patients like a cash cow and rape them and leave them with no way to contact someone. We care for our patients. AR cannabis clinic is a fraud and disgrace in the treatment of pts. Disgusting

Fabulous service. The staff in Clinton Arkansas is very friendly and very efficient. Usually doesn't take but a day to get everything in order and then it's just the 2 week wait for your card.
