I placed an order with them back in July. It is now October, and I have heard nothing. I have emailed them three times and called more times that I can't, but nobody answers the phone, nobody ever calls back, and nobody responds to my emails. Avoid this place. They're no gooed.

At first they responded saying the order was lost and they had some problems due to a hurricane and would be sending my order first thing in January. Since then they are not responding to emails, phone calls, or text.

Do not buy from this company they are a total rip off I ordered three fish for 400.00 and its been 3 months no delivery or response. They deserve no stars for review. Buy at your own risk.

I ordered and paid 137.00 to get sea slugs, they never delivered them nor did they return my money. I was told many times, they are waiting for a shipment but that's BS it's a scam. I contacted the BBB and the News so others don't make the same mistake I did.

I placed an order back in April for a coral that they stated was in stock. It was about a $660.00 coral. I have exchanged about 40 emails asking for a refund or even compromising for a different coral. They have constantly emailed me back with empty promises about sending photos of what they have in stock. I have not received any of these. They have not responded to any of my multiple requests for a refund. I am now forced to contact my bank and report this as fraud. I would not use this company ever again!

I cannot believe the story that I got from this shady $#*! company! Actually told me his son was in a motorcycle accident and then never answered a call or email! I had to get refunded by my bank! If i goto Florida i am going to punch this guy in the head! Nothing but a lying thief mf! Who lies about their son getting killed? Seems like a junkie just trying to get money for their next fix! I have contacted the BBB, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless you like getting robbed! SCUMBAG!

AquariumCreations and Tom Hellwig will rip you off! The customer service is non-existent for good reason... they do not intend to provide the merchandise you purchase.

Several hundred dollars worth of fish were ordered from the online site and AquariumCreations never sent a thing. Nor have they provided a reimbursement.

Unless you want to give your hard earned money to a fraudulent organization, do not order from Aquarium Creations.

So first of all I travel all over the USA for my boat business and this allows me to visit a huge number of local fish stores and online stores I wish to do business with. So on March 30th I visited Aquarium Creations and there online company Aquarium Creations Online. I want to tell everyone reading this do not believe what some people have written on here. I saw stories that I believe have to be from beginners who would rather blame someone else for their mistakes or from competitors or competitors customers out there who don't like them because they have been around so long. So first when I walked in I was met by Mr. And Mrs. Hellwig who were gracious and spent a lot of time with me. They took me into there Quarantine warehouse (an entire medium size warehouse just for quarantine of recently taken in fish). Very well taken care of, this warehouse isolates all new incoming marine life totally from acclimated ready marine life. I saw dates on different sections. Turns out these are incoming dates and release dates. Next I was taken to another medium size warehouse which is the actual ready warehouse where all the marine life in here is purchase ready for going out. Tom explained when he originally opened his business it was specially designed catering to national and regional aquariums and zoo exhibits and therefore the quarantine and acclimation process was of extreme importance. It was part of the terms of sale. As business allowed them to they opened up their expanse to the retail public as well. All I can say is that if other Retailers and Etailers had quarantine systems of any size in their establishments they sure hide them good! I have yet to see another aquarium retailer, etailer or wholesaler with more than a few tanks for quarantine if that. I sure wish I would see others do it. It has to make a big difference. I left with 4 tank raised Pinnatus batfish all were about 3 inches tall. They ate pellets immediately when I fed them. I have them set up in a mangrove tank aquarium at my home. I can't wait to add a few more.

I can't believe I didn't see this website before I purchased my items. Their horrible bait and switch scammers. They send you sick specimens or dead ones and than blame it on shipping or you or stupid weather patterns lol. The best was when they said the hippos came from Hawaii but there not eating pellets and need time. Simple rubbish don't buy from. I emailed the, when I saw the dead animals and they said sorry and never emailed me back for a refund as promised. Oh I did investigation FYI the guy Tom is Mary or Ron. They live in trailer home
