This company is a scam and a joke I put in all of my bikes, correct information they sent me the incorrect part. I've sent them pictures of everything that is incorrect and they are still refusing to give me a full refund. They keep offering a 10% or 15% then they'll drop it down to a 5% discount and then I can sell the part if I want, I return it. It's a 30% restocking fee plus I have to pay for the shipping and the label. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this company!
The quality leaves much to be desired. Multiple pieces were missing paint on the corners. Also had a piece that was missing a top coat on big section. Rather than own up and rectify the issue, their customer service just insists there's nothing wrong with the part.
Update: Requested to start the return process. Suddenly not getting any responses from their sales rep.
This company's service was an absolute nightmare! Despite emailing them to cancel before shipment, they callously refused my request. And to top it off, they had the audacity to withhold a returns address when I asked for it. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to bribe me with discounts to keep the faulty item. When I finally got them to share an address, it was nothing but a vague "Chino, CA," which shows their complete lack of concern for customers. Their lazy approach to customer service is evident through repetitive automated emails, leaving me feeling like just another number to them. And as if that wasn't enough, they have the nerve to charge a hefty 30% restocking fee. Avoid this company at all costs – it's a headache you don't need!
The entire process was seamless and professional. Very efficient communication, any questions- the seller got right back to me. Fitment was perfect! The new skins look awesome! Very proud to show this one off and I definitely recommend Amotopart shop.
The stator regulator/rectifier and gasket kit I ordered lasted 4 short rides and their product clearly stated 1 year warranty Wich they agreed to honor at first then it's been and off and on thing every since they are now saying they don't wanna honor what clearly was described in product description and I will post pics of proof and all our emails back and forth these people lie and you'll see that below and if your bike is down and outta action don't look towards them for a fix if anything you'll be out more time waiting for them to do you right it's just not going to happen
After placing the custom order w one of the sales agent they were there every step of it from getting options added to it, to enabling me to add a discount I found 2 days later (bolt kit w fairing purchase). Timeline was about a month for production & another month for shipping (can be faster if you want to pay the extra) paint quality is amazing looks like cem! Under the sun you can see some metallic flakes on the paint which makes it shine even more! Fitment quality A+ the only things that you might have to reuse is some padding from the inside of you oem fairings.
It was my first time ordering from Amotopart Fairing. I was concern what the quality of the fairings would be going into the process. Turns out, not only was the quality great. The fairings fit perfectly and the paint job was a 10 out of 10. They offer free custom service, and always respond promptly to my requests.
I ordered custom fairings from this company. The packaging, was very professional. All the fairies were packed, Very neat. I was very excited when I first opened it but as I unwrapped each individual faring, there was a bunch of scratches and poor paint job. If I were to keep the fairings, I would've had to have bodywork done of them and had them repainted…. And to top it they stoped answering me because I told them I wanted a full refund and not once but twice they told me that they would refund me 10% and I told them multiple times that I wanted a full refund and now they have not answered me in over two weeks. How's that for service?
A friend suggested I buy the fairings from amotopart fairings, just from what he heard. After I had viewed some videos on YouTube of how people were installing the fairings, I decided to buy them. The mailing and customer support was 10/5 - they quickly answered every question I had. The quality of the paint: 4.5/5. It is very qualitative even though are little portions with tiny stains. You won't even see them. The package: 5/5. I can say that the package was professionally done. The fairings: 4.5/5. I have a 4.5 because they are slightly sturdier than the OEM. The mounting and the chils: 10/5. I was delighted and relieved that the fairings fit ike the oem ones. You don't need to stretch anything: it fits like OEM. P. S: the little mark on the front fairing was my fault. I hit the motorcycle by mistake.
I got ahold of someone beforehand to ensure I'd get it on time which is why I even went with amotoparts… they said 8-10days to make without customizations then status will go from unfulfilled to shipping and I'll be notified and able to then track package. I bought and paid for this Aug 22 it's now Sept 9th and IT STILL HASNT SHIPPED! They no longer reply and from what I've been told you either never get it or when you do it's screws instead of $500-1200 fairings lol what a joke. Do not waste you time or money. You will get stolen from. Thank God God exists to punish those who go unpunished. Revenge after death is eternal punishment. How unfortunate unnecessary and cruel of these people. Shame on amotoparts and anyone apart of them!
