Customer service from the sales team was great. I wasn't sure about the right filter so I had not completed my purchase. The sales team reached out and confirmed the right product. I started to go to Amazon to purchase but decided I would give my money to this company regardless of price because the CS was Excellent and these days you can't find that.
Could not get a discount code for first time shopper, ordered anyway as the product looks solid, received the order and it is a well built water filter, sadly the thread pattern did not fit my WF receiver, so I cannot use, as I only needed to replace the canister
I have a weird fridge that has been nearly impossible to find water filters for. Not only did All Filters have the right replacement, it was also at a very affordable price! Water filter. Then I receive an email offering a very decent discount for the replacement. Obviously All Filters kept track of my purchase six months ago, but they didn't kill me with unnecessary emails during the past six months. Only when I was ready. All good.
I've ordered a variety of refrigerator filters (water, produce, air) from All Filters for several years now. I have a 12 year old Kenmore side-by-side fridge that is still going strong. All of the filters work very well to keep it in good condition. If a particular brand is no longer being manufactured, All Filters finds suitable substitutes.
My house requires 4 filters, so I am looking for some lower cost alternatives, otherwise costs a lot to change them all out at the same time. Purchased these MERV 8 filters at a very reasonable price. Website claims they are custom made. If so, they are slightly smaller than the advertised price. They still fit into the filter housing fine, but when the HVAC units come on it causes the filters to move in the housing frame, making a very loud slapping sound. Also, the build quality is somewhat suspect.
Overall, a usable product, but you get what you pay for. Probably will order again for cost sake in my situation, but if had fewer filters to replace, I'd probably get something else. Also, shipping was a little slow. I think it was a fedex issue though.
