Ordered a handful of new books, mostly manga, at steeply discounted rate. I estimate probably about 35% off on average. Almost always selling for less than what Amazon asks for the same titles and I still get free shipping.

I was surprised to see my packages arrive at such an early and timely manner. It's great that they send emails that help you track your orders. Most of the books I received match the description of quality while a few seem more used or damaged than expected.
Book was as described. Shipping took about a month with my location being in Canada and I'm not remote by any means. Would not recommend for any purchases needed relatively quickly. There's also duty payable on pick up at Canada Post to consider when calculating price if you live in Canada.

As a foreign comic book buyer, I really appreciate the service that Alibris provides. The fixed postage is the main attraction as it removes a lot of uncertainty to buy. My only negative of the service is the Seller condition rating. I've bought at least two books listed as Good but upon arrival, looks quite tragic. Dog ears, minor rips on the back cover. Nothing a hot iron and a new plastic cover protector won't fix but still, it's not what I paid for.
