Returned piece of clothing because size was bigger than expected. Have received exchange confirmation a month and a half ago but not received my exchange. Had to remind them to send my exchange in the first place. Will not answer emails in timely manner. I want a refund.

I needed a specific jalabiya within the week for an occasion and after calling in to ask, Al Hannah was able to accommodate me, getting me my items sooner than expected. I took a chance despite the previous reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The item was of good quality and looked great on.

AssalamuAlaikum, I am extremely disappointed with this company. First because this company was recommended to me some years ago. But I purchased an item for the first time in early June. I did not receive my purchase nor information concerning through July. When I tried to track the purchase the site showed my order was being processed the entire time. I finally called and was told that they no longer carried the item and had not carried it for some time. I asked for my money to be returned but it has not been returned to this day. Needless to say, I am more disappointed with the integrity of this company. I have made attempts by email and by phone to reach them, to no avail. It seems that any company can start out with good products and service but it is something else for that company maintain them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Buy your products somewhere else! These people take forever to process your order! Took 3 days just to process.and it still hasn't shipped. Im actually still waiting. This is the 2nd time! The first time I didnt even get a response as to if my order had even been processed until 13 days after I purchased it! I sent emails for days and they finally responded 13 days later! Should be closed down! I dont even wana give 1 star!

I've shopped at Al Hannah for a few years now, and never had any bad experience with them until recently. Lately, they've sent me a few wrong items, or didn't have the item that I ordered in stock. It took a long time to get everything sorted out. It's really hard to get a hold of them, even during the day when their business hours say that they should be open, they don't usually answer the phone. It took kind of a long time to get my refund from them, but in the end, I did get it, so that's good.

Mind you, up until now, I hadn't had any problem with them at all. I've received all of my past orders in a timely manner, and I've always been really happen with the items I receive. They have good quality imports and a pretty large selection to chose from. And for a place that sells imported goods direct from the Middle East, they aren't expensive at all.

That's why, even with the not-so-great experience that I had with them this last time, they still get 4 stars, and I will still buy from them in the future hoping that that mix-up was a one time thing! I still like this shop a lot :)
