This is the email I sent to them and explains all the problems due to the rc car they sold me did not work and was in terrible condition.
Well first of all you guys were the ones who told me that you would issue the replacement car and I do have email proof of that. Also paying 15 dollars to send the whole car back is a bit excessive and now brings the price that I paid for the car to be $85. Then you would most likely make me pay for the 15 more dollars to send a new car to me. So because of your mistake my little brothers Christmas present that was for him 3 months ago I have to pay $100 even though the price of the order was $70. If you are going to send out a broken car that is going to cost me a $#*! load you should at least put a big WARNING in the description that says "we often send out broken cars and if this happens an additional $30 will be required to get a working car." So in my review I will be honest and list all that I stated right here.

DON'T BUY FROM AIRSOFTRC.COM, THEY'RE A SCAM AND A BUNCH OF FRAUDS! TRY CALLING THEIR "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" PHONE LINE, *******904, VOICEMAIL HAS BEEN "FULL" FOR YEARS AND THERE'S NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE! THEY EVEN HAVE A DISPUTE GOING ON WITH THE BBB THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY NOTE THEMSELVES AS A "BBB A+ ACCREDITED" BUSINESS... WHICH THEY ARE NOT! DO YOUR HOMEWORK, THERE'S A MOUNTAIN OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS OUT THERE... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

airsoft.com hasn't even earned the one star, however it's the lowest rating I can give in order to leave a comment. My son was very fired up to find a reasonably priced, more "cool" looking airsoft gun at this site to add to his collection. I was on board with the purchase until I got to the check out with my son hanging over my shoulder and the shipping charges were at least double the gun price. Bought it anyway as my son looked on. My son used it successfully once. The next day as he was getting it ready to go another round it happened to topple over from being leaned up against the couch onto our carpeted living room floor. A piece busted off and was critical to the operation of the gun and not fixable. airsoft.com Support's response was that their 'warranty does not cover misuse". Uhhhh, scuse me? Being propped up against a couch and toppling over onto carpet describes misuse? Products are shoddy, shipping is outrageous and do not expect any resolution WHEN you run up against a defect or issue. Inexperienced people trying to call themselves a business, hardly. Should run a lemonade stand that is nearly impossible to screw up.

I called before I placed my order to see if the item was in stock and they told me it was. I paid with my credit card and got a confirmation that is was paid and the next day got a confirmation that is was shipped with tracking number from UPS. Waited and waited and then after a week I checked and the UPS tracking number was voided and I was notified by email that my order was placed before they checked their stock (even though I called to verify and they told me it was in stock) and they did not have the item and I was fully refunded. I check my credit card and it WAS NOT refunded. I called and the lady that answers the phone sounds like it is at a home and not a business said it takes two days for a refund to a credit card to go through (bull) still waiting. I feel like since I am not the only one on this post that experienced the same thing that this is no more than a "Ponzi" company keeping money flowing through their bank account. My brother works for the Justice Department and he going to start an investigation on the firm. The thing that is most painful is it was to be a birthday gift for my son that I ordered well in advance for his birthday but now his day is ruined!

I can't recommend ordering anything from this site.

We ordered an airsoft rifle for my son to keep up with his brothers playing airsoft in the woods. We found the best price at airsoftrc.com so we placed the order. It took some time to get to us so I wasn't sure of the make or model anymore. He knew right away that it wasn't the rifle he had ordered! It was a lower fps rifle that would sell for less, so we contacted airsoftrc.com and they agreed to correct it (#1). We shipped the first incorrect rifle back to them (they paid postage) and again it took some time for us to receive the next rifle. This next item was closer to the right rifle but missing the red dot sight and flashlight (#2). We again contacted airsoftrc.com about the wrong item being received. Airsoftrc.com told us that the only thing that was different was its missing the red dot sight and flashlight and they could send us these items separately.

Since the original order was placed 8/21/13 and it was then 10/10/13 we decided to return the wrong item for a refund. We were supplied an RMA (10/14/13) from airsoftrc.com so we shipped it back (our cost) expecting a full refund due to receiving the incorrect item (twice).

It's now been a month since tracking shows airsoftrc.com received the returned wrong item and with some emails in between indicating that it would be handed within days I've seen no credit back to the card. Yesterday I received an email from airsoftrc.com letting me know that the return was outside of the warranty time and we could only receive in store credit. I don't understand how a warranty can begin until I receive the correct item or why I would have any hopes airsoftrc.com would send me the right item next time.

All of this has gone from the original order 8/21/13 to tracking showing receipt of second return on 10/25/13, now 11/25/13. Of course my son has since bought a different airsoft gun to play with his brothers but airsoftrc.com is definitely not the place to order any airsoft from. Twice shipped the incorrect item (I can only assume they didn't have the right one and thought the kid wouldn't notice) and have failed to do the honorable thing returning the money paid for nothing supplied.

Their choice for $55.95!
