Ordered qty2 Cameras and DVR. One camera and DVR was shipped with the total for all charged to credit card. Second camera was never shipped and would not allow a return of the one camera received. So I paid for a camera that I can't use. This company is a rip off and their customer service is non existent. To bad they are 3000 miles away or I would sue them Kent Do NOT order from this company

I ordered a Speco DVR from 123SecurityProducts. After I brought it to the field location and installed it, I found there was no hard drive in the DVR, even though I had paid for one. I had to bring the DVR back to the office, called 123Security, and they said that I was correct and that they would send me a hard drive. I asked them to upgrade the hard drive due to the time I had wasted, but they refused to do so. I think they should have given me the larger drive for customer satisfaction purposes.

This camera is brilliant, the videos are so clear. It took a few days to work it out and fit where I wanted it but I am so pleased with it and would recommend this camera to anyone.

I have used this company for 5 years now and have always received excellent service. The last camera I received proved to be faulty but was replaced without fuss using an extremely easy returns procedure. Great customer service.

Speedy response with a plausible answer to the question. Need to maintain expertise on older products for those who do not update every time a new model comes out.
