I couldn't get through on the number. No answer to emails. No refund ever received and no help from PayPal. Blocked from Facebook page. I cannot believe in 2015 that a company can still get away with this kind of practise. I tried to forget about the money in the end as I spent too much time stressing over it. I hope these people are caught eventually so the honest people receive the money back which they deserve

Yea I got blocked from their Facebook page too! Totally disgusted! Can't beleive Facebook let a scamming company advertise! I hope they get all what's coming to them!

Still waiting for a refund over 1 year later. Can't believe they are still trading, telephone calls never answered emails not replied to, bunch of con artists DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have been blocked off Facebook too. It's a scam. I have reported this on watchdog and still nothing! I have no dress and £28 lighter.

I don't have a number but if u do receive the item within 30 days of payment then they are in breech of customer contract. Go you your bank and explain what's happened and ask for something called a charge back and the bank will refund the money within 10 days

Seriously stay away from this company. They should not still be trading. If you try to ring you are put on hold and then you get cut off. They do not reply to emails either! I returned a jumpsuit and never got a refund!

Want that dress isn't a registered company! I've checked using 'companies house'
I ordered and paid for 2 dresses in April and haven't heard a thing from them. They are a bunch of crooks! People, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The Facebook page needs reporting if we all do it it might get them shut down, it's the biggest scam ever I waited ages and ages for a refund in the end I was lucky
