Question:

I have ordered A dress weeks ago and still no dress has been delivered I need a contact telephone number

Answer:
I couldn't get through on the number. No answer to emails. No refund ever received and no help from PayPal. Blocked from Facebook page. I cannot believe in 2015 that a company can still get away with this kind of practise. I tried to forget about the money in the end as I spent too much time stressing over it. I hope these people are caught eventually so the honest people receive the money back which they deserve

Why are trading standards or someone not doing anything about this company? I returned a dress, have signed receipt, no refund, blocked on Facebook messenger etc. There has to be some way to stop this

Why are you still selling on this site, this is one big joke & believe me you have met your worst nightmare as I'm going to publish all the messages & reviews that people have wrote about all of their nightmares with this supposedly company. You are taking people's money, probably some that don't have much either & this is a form of stealing, so I suggest you refund or stop advertising something which ain't true.

Why are all the reviews on the actual site all 5 star then on here they are just so awful. How can this be... seriously worried about my order now

Answer:
You won't get your order believe me it's all a scam I've been waiting for over a week now & amongst others on here even months.

I recently ordered a dress from you on the tuesday 2nd February I ordered a next day delivery #183376 my order was never delivered On the 4th February I checked my emails so I could find the link to track I noticed it said my order wasnt complete so again I did what I thought I was doing and completing my order I was told 2-3 working days #183758 I also created an account to make it easier to track my order but on my account it says I now have two orders for the same dress both saying waiting for shipment

I am waiting for a refund i returned my dress weeks ago I have tried to call and been on hold for an hour each time and then it has hung up i have emailed but no response. I posted on Facebook page and it was removed and i was blocked I WANT MY REFUND!

Answer:
I tried ringing twice the first time was kept waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and then I got cut off when I got to caller number two the second time it was an hour and 50 minutes and got cut off again at caller number two this company is an absolute disgrace. I sent a message over facebook and got no reply and I also posted on their wall. It isn't fair something should be done about this company

I ordered my dresses on the 13th April still haven't received them, they have taken my money, I have emailed them and no reply. How do I get my money back if I didn't pay by PayPal?

You might be able to go to your bank & ask them to recall the money from them /
