Not sure I guess you keep calling and they never answer or follow the lane voice messages and send complaint to sales@vividracing.com, however dint hold your breath for any quick responses or any for that matter! I think they put complaints in a black hole inbox and maybe read it fir laughs!

I called Visa and told them to cancel payment and started a dispute, been over 6weeks still no part...
