Is Vivid Racing a scam or a legit company?

They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

It's a scam. They do ship things out, but they will send the wrong part and then tell you it's what you ordered.
They will ignore you for weeks so that 30 days pass and you can no longer return the wrong part they sent you. Then they'll blame you for this too.
All they're trying to do is get 60 days out so you can't dispute with your bank. Horrible business.

I believe it's a scam - read the reviews before you purchase anything, please! Save the time and headache.

It looks like a legit company but seeing how they have never shipped the part I paid for an there is no way to get ahold of anyone it's starting to look like a scam to me

Legit company, but scams you from your money when you want to return a damaged item because I was told once an item is delivered, you cannot return.

Vivid Racing is a legitimate company. I have ordered from them and will do so again if the opportunity arises.

As others have said - I wouldn't purchase from this company. They're terrible. I waited 2 months for something to ship; which it never did so I requested a refund; which the customer service rep approved. Several hours after he approved my refund - I received an email indicating the refund was denied and they shipped my product. After that I contacted them saying don't ship it - I don't want it; they indicated there was nothing they could do; and now they want me to pay for returning it.
