I think Vistaprint has a section on that subject and can point you in the direction of a designer it says they have a community of trusted designers! I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card.
