How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at UPrinting?

Very easy in my experience. I called once and was able to talk to a live person within minutes.

Easy, but they can only take orders, not solve problems.
And, any product purchased is bought "as-is". They provide no warranty other than a correction if it is broken when it arrives and they are notified immediately. Otherwise it's "as-is" even if it breaks upon first use.

I was on line with them almost instantly. In fact, a real live person telephoned me not long after to make sure my question was answered and the banner was satisfactory. You can't beat the personal touch!

They had live chat - but it's SLOW. It took me 5 min to get my first answer, and then 10 more for two more questions - all very simple questions. Seem they only have so many people working the chats.
