No! I ordered 4 items and they never shipped. I emailed customer service 4 times with no response. I finally had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back.

Nope! I spent USD 34 on the hoodies plus courier charge. But my hoodies received with thread came out and the design was not as what I see in the website. Lodge a complain to their customer service to get for refund, but their reply was they admit is their manufacture fault, but they are asking me to bear for both way courier charge and they are willing to pay me $8 for compensation! Meaning they are expecting their customer to bear even is their fault! Ridiculous! Until now still my problem still have not resolve yet. Because their response is super slow!

No I don't think so, made an order and received nothing, sent four emails asking where my order was and heard nothing back, they also semt me a tracking number, when I typed in this tracking number I was told there was no order matching this number. I think this may be a scam website and would advise you not to order. If you are looking for good quality, affordable items I would recommend jjshouse.com, they delivered frpm China to Ireland within s week

No they are based in China, not that hat is bad, but I ordered a dress that turned out NOTHING like the pictures item and they told me I could only have 30% of the price back AND send them back the dress to cover their costs! Ha! I disputed it with my credit card company which took four months, but got all of my money back and donated dress to goodwill. Do not order from them, I regretted the entire incident.

Stay clear of this place! It has git to be one of the worst websites I have ever encountered. I ordered months prior to my event and the dresses arrived weeks too late not only that the dress I ordered looked like something I could ware for my boyfriends eyes only! It was so short it was almost a top and it barely covered ny nipples. It was somewhat a shambles with threads hanging out. The other dress should have been UK size 10 however an 7 year old girl would not fit into it! Nor should anyone want to wear it as it was all cut and different lengths around the sleeves and bottom! I didn't even try to return it as it's hood ridden to bad rubbish. I did put up a bad review and they contacted me telling me they would pay me $8 to take it down! What a joke they are stay well clear!

It is a site. It is not legitimate - it is deceptive. The products are not quality, they are not sized correctly, and you will get screwed when you try to return. I think the large amt of good reviews are just a branch of hires at the company whose job it is to write fake reviews.

I would stir clear of this place. Nowhere do they disclose they are in China, which means item will take much longer to arrive. The quality is pretty bad and if you need to return something forget it. You won't find their contact info anywhere in the paperwork they send with your shipment, nor the company name. The only saving grace is that you can pay with PayPal and it is PayPal that will protect you.

Quality is a gamble. Refunds are difficult. I order sweatshirts and casual clothes from here because the prices are cheap. I learned the hard way that you don't want to order items that you need for an event where you need to dress it up a bit.

Well I have placed my order on 13/10/15 the status of my order shows 6 items has been shipped today I managed to have a live chat with customer this afternoon as she told me that my dress will be shipped in 2 days time try live chat about your problem maybe they will sort you out about quality as I haven't received yet I can't say much all the best good luck.

When i first came on SiteJabber and reviewed them (because they were ignoring my messages), they immediately wrote to me and promised to replace my jacket with one of a correct size (and which didn't have the shoddy buttons falling off constantly) if i would only amend my review. When i did as they asked, they argued with me and then simply ignored me for another five days. However when i edited my review a second time to reflect this additional appalling behaviour, they wrote back to me instantly and made the same promises a second time. They are now concerned however that i will not co-operate with them. Basically they want me to change my review back again, and it seems that i should now somehow be grateful(!) to them for what they are doing, despite the fact that they have, as of yet, done less than nothing. So, quite understandably I have just told them that i will re-edit my review when, and only when, i have a correct sized, properly buttoned jacket in my hands and not before, which sounds more than reasonable as far as i am concerned after the way i have been treated thus far,

So make of this what you will.
