No! No! No! My items never even shipped after 3 weeks. I kept emailing customer service and no one responded. There's no phone number so you have to email. This sites a rip off!

I only got half of my order and had to fight over the phone with someone that doesn't speak english! Over seas!

It was my worst experience ever!
They held my money until I change a revew thet I had written about the horrible quality of their shoes, and sizes are completely diferent from USA sizes.

Yes, they arrives on time. But if you ever have to return an item, they will give you the run away and try not to pay you full price on return. I'm still fighting them now to get my full return.
Plus their clothes do not fit

They never shipped my item until I reported their site. Then they sent me the wrong dress and even that one was poorly made. They aren't worth your money.

Agreed with what Jamie H mentioned above. For my case, item received after 3 weeks and the item is really disappointed. Threads came out and not the same design as what they shown in the website. They refuse to refund the money back to me and trying to persuade me to give it to my "friend". They are very irresponsible company. End up I managed to get back my money through PayPal. My advise to you, please do not buy from them and be another victim.

My package took three months to reach SA then it was sent to JHB one of the highest crime rated areas. I advised them I stay in Randburg not JHB. I tried to cancel the order before it reached my country but was told it can not be cancelled. I was unable to view / track where my package was as the system could not locate it. I tried opening up a fraud case but it seems tricky and gave that effort up. They kept on sending me emails to go and collect the package in JHB I responded the same every time I don live in a postbox please deliver it to the dele ire adress stated when I ordered and paid for delivery fee. At the end I said it is in your hands I will be doing daily updates on all adds I can find spreading the word that this componay is fraud do not order. After about three weeks I started looking for complaints companies and started logging complaints there. They have advised me that they have refunded me but without the date it was refunded it is difficult to confirm if I have recieved the correct amount due to currency differences as soon as I get confirmation from the bank that my full refund including non delivery fee is cleared in my account then I will update all that the refund was recieved

Takes forever like two months and comes in different shipments if ordering more than one thing. Cheap stuff and expensive shipping.

I would be more concerned with the quality of the merchandise and the willingness to refund a purchase. Go to other web sites and see this company's reviews. Then, make up your own mind.

They can take a month or even more to ship as it comes from China. But please don't waste your money, the prices really are too good to be true. They will send you a cheap knockoff that doesn't look like the photo and will make returns impossible. I only got my money back after having PayPal investigate.
