Why so many bad reviews. Disappointing. I hoped to order $200-300 worth of merchandise. Unless I get a guarantee of good customer service, I'll spend.

Shipping costs are extremely high, shipping is very slow and quality is not consistent.

The quality and consistency of Sundance products has gone steadily downhill.
Many if not most of their "imported" products come from China.
These items are typically poorly made from cheap materials. The quality control/inspection process for items sold at sundancecatalog.com appears to be nonexistent.
