Received no cancellation email. EVER. I have been charged for 2 months. Talked with "John" today about this matter. My bank has been notified. Claims are disputed. Your company will be investigated. If I don't receive satisfactory results, I will continue to pursue this matter. Several attorneys in the family. You have turned over the wrong stone! Kelly Manis

The worst thing you can do is listen to Gloria. Call you bank. Call you credit. Fight the scammers. Just look at all the people in the same boat as you. The banks and credit cards have heard from lots of people, so by calling them you help end this b/s business practice.

I WAS refunded through my bank, they will help, this company has so many complaints that the banks are aware of them.
