It depends... you have to do a lot of research on the seller and even then good apples can go bad. I have gotten a few items that weren't as described. I have heard of other ladies getting empty boxes, something completely different or just dirty items. I have met a lot of wonderful women on Posh... but one person can burn you quick. And I do know first hand their customer service is horrible!

I have received every item I have ever bought on poshmark. It arrived on time and was in the exact condtion as was promised and how it appeared in the pics.

I traded my Raybans for partial payment the entire time being encouraged by the seller. I received the ring- wrong size I returned the ring never saw my Raybans again. VERY SHADY customer service is no help I am out 150.00 for what i paid for the sunglasses. The BEST authentic sites that are honest and upright are are theREALREAL and FASHIONPHILE. :) :)

Yes if not don't worry the seller won't earn any funds until you Rec exactly what you purchase do NOT go outside and use any other payment method especially GOOGLE WALLET. PAY PAL or the CIRCLE keep your conversation and payments on the app poshmark protects the buyer and seller be careful people like to give out their email address to discuss offers DONT DO IT!. And with trading an item AT YOURE OWN RISK!...

Yes, and sometimes the item I receive looks better than it appears in the photos! Nothing better than that.:)

If you don't receive your item, you can NOT accept your package and rate. If you do this it will be hard for Poshmark to refund you. Unless your buyer has given you a good reason as to why they haven't shipped, Press the button that says "Open A case".

No I didn't receive item and seller was rude, removed app from phone, haven't tried again but it was a $150 pair of shoes, was eventually refunded, but did take a lot of emails and eventually refunded through PayPal I believe. There's bad seeds on every app, I'm sure but this put a sour taste in my mouth, because of the lack of communication and reaching customer service by phone was never possible! 0 Stars

Yes, you receive the item. The only way to return to this site is to do a credit card chargeback. The site wants photos of everything and make it unbearable and chances are they won't take the return. It is really strange they are allowed to do that. Oh well, Your credit card company takes care of that. All you have to do is give them the tracking number. They have no choice but to refund you then...

I'm afraid there might be a problem with this one because in the rules it states they do not cover trades done on their site even though they let you do it. Second they suggest if your selling or trading a high priced item on poshmark to get insurance on it. Now all I can suggest is sending screen shots of your conversation with pictures and tracking info to poshmark coustomer care and explain the situation. They may in good conscience because she took advantage of you give you at least some credit. And also kick her off of the site. Also with your tracking the post office usually asks if you want insurance on your postage you might be able to file a report with them and at least get the maximum they cover. Always check the sellers stats ladies before trusting anyone scammers love poshmark for this very reason. I wish you luck and sorry for your loss.

I DID RECEIVE THE ITEM... THEY DID NOT FIT AT ALL... NO RECOURSE.! NOT GOOD... AND THEY WERE $125. FRANKLY I WAS SURPRISED THAT THE SELLER DID NOT STEP IN AND TAKE THE RETURN. SHE COULD HAVE. NOW THEY SIT IN THEIR BOX AND I POSTED THEM ON ANOTHER SITE... TOOOO MUCH TROUBLE... WILL NOT USE POSTMARK AGAIN!

Yes the seller will send the correct item bc they don't receive money until you (the buyer) accepts that is the item you purchased and as described. I don't suggest trading bc it is against posh rules and also not protected.
