So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.

I did not receive my tickets until the day of the event. These tickets were a gift, so it was too late. They never returned calls or emails either when I wanted to know when the tickets would arrive. I ended up disputing the charge with American Express and had the charge removed. I found the tickets a lot cheaper on another site. I learned that you should never trust the first site the Internet takes you too. Good luck

I'm guessing that the CEO could give a rats ass. I'm curious how old the company really is. With this kind of customer service, I am shocked that they are still in business.

K. M. were the tickets real? Did you have any issues with the tickets at the concert?

Filing a complaint with the BBB does nothing. I did that and got now where and they are still rated extremely high with the BBB. Don't waste your time and unfortunately it puts the BBB in a very poor light.

Your best bet would be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You have to file it with the city this company originates from. This company is based out of Chicago.
