They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.

They gave us tickets to seats that didn't exist. The absolute worst experience! Anything else is better.

I got the tickets, THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT, so if they were legit, it was moot. When I challenged them on the credit card billing, they responded with PROOF that I received the tix, but failed to notice that their send time was the day after. When I first confronted them, per e-mail, the reply was something in the form of "so what do U want to do, we can't go back in a time machine to make it right!" They were actually stupid enough to put it on the dialogue thread on their FaceBook page!. However, when I went to print it out a month later, they got wise and deleted it.

I normally do not put my problems on Facebook or social media but this has really really got me so mad that I want other people out there in the world to know how mean and how awful organizations can be to take your money and think nothing of it which is called a scam
I rarely purchase tickets for any upcoming events but to this particular event I was very excited to go to and take my husband it was at the Fox theater when I went online to purchase the tickets I did not know that there are several resale companies that also sell tickets that are bogus four events
When I started reading the reviews five star ratings there was only one and a half stars & not so good reviews Iwish I would've seen that before I purchased the tickets
I don't want to go on and on but I have learned my lesson if I want to go to any sports comedy show play anywhere I will buy the ticket from the organization of where the event is being held

Come to find out this morning when I called the Fox Theatre to ask them where my seat was they don't even have a seat of that high number when I try to call the
ONLINE CITY TICKETS Customer Service all I got was recording after recording after recording you talk to nobody and then I went on the live chat which was a complete joke
Just be careful not to get scammed like I dId now I had to cancel my credit card it's a bogus charge
The tickets were for a comedian Sebastian Maniscalco he's awesome
But when I was on the phone with the Fox theater all they had was nosebleed sections I'm not into the nosebleed sections

Yes, the tickets are real. And so are the outrageous fees for their service. Absolutely do not use this service. Their shit breath lawyers have the boiler plate verbiage on their site, so yeah, you're fucked. Fuck these assholes. I would be willing to buy tickets from them to see all their employees burn in hell. THAT I'd pay for, gladly.

These guys got me for $153. Took my money and never got the tickets. Please learn my lesson and buy your tickets from an actual vendor.

I have not receive the tickets as of yet due to be emailed on or after July 27 for a concert on August 4. Hopefully, I will get them and on time. I think, what the problem is with this business is customer services. I you realized you made a mistake, you should be fully reimbursed. The mistake I made was not to realize that I would also have to pay dearly for money currency exchange! (Cdn $ to U.S.$ and all the other fees email and services for the tickets, which they telling me I "agreed" with the conditions when I ticked the box in order to proceed with the order. I was not thinking so beware!)
