Hi. I purchased a Kate Spade zip wallet and love it, but the "D" ring that holds the zipper pull has broken. Can I get a replacement part?

Good luck with that! Once they make a sale that's it. Good luck getting in touch with a person. The brick and mortar store maybe easier to deal with, but the website is the worst. Don't do business with these guys online
