They will respond, and thank you for contacting them, but they will do nothing to help. Even when my complaint was escalated, and I had to re-send all my documentation, Customer Support did not address the problem. I think they figure that the unhappy customer will eventually give up and so they don't bother to try to fix your problem.

I had read about the benefits of silk masks vs cotton, and theirs were pretty. NOT worth the frustration!

Johnny Was is extremely hard to pin down you size. I have worn anywhere from Extra Small to Large. The downside is when you order on line, their customer service makes it extremely difficult to return. They have no sympathy for the fact that you are stuck with an.exprnsive garment that is too small or large and it ia their fault. I am done with this brand!
