Passengers' money is too little, who cares. Even if you were cheated, as an individual passengers, you won't shake the whole tree. They want your money, nothing else, like a pirate or thief.

They grabbed the credit card from passengers, of course, they will take as much money as possible from your bank account. The break the policy from the US department of transportation, but they don't care, they want your money. The best thing is not to purchase ticket from their website. Stay away!
