I am an associate professor of instructional technology at South Valley University, Egypt, and currently work at the College of Education, Sultan Qaboos University, Sultanate of Oman. I worked as an educational technology consultant in the Partners for Competitive Egypt (PfC) project, funded by the USAID between 2003 and 2005.
