I really like this bag - I purchased the deep blue colour. It is lightweight, quite neat and very comfortable to carry around while exploring. The flap and pocket which many users had disliked have been redesigned/fixed.
This bag works well with any type of luggage. My own is a backpack that complements the sling perfectly. Plenty of room for a water bottle and first aid kit if you are taking it on a day hike. Very difficult for others to stealthily unzip it. Love this bag.
So many great features. Was concerned it would be too small for my iPhone but it fit fine. Also concerned about fitting in my metro card but that worked out fine too, in an easy to access front pouch. The zippers have long handles so easy to grab and move. The belt was way too long and hung down so i just cut it to fit my smaller waste. Easy to snap shut. It's really perfect. I'm very satisfied.

I ordered a Waterfly Sling bag because it is ideal to use when playing FlingGolf. I'm able to put all my balls, markers, range finder, divot tools in easily accessible pockets along with my other personal belongings. The bag is light-weight and easy to carry on the course so I'm not using unnecessary energy carrying a heavy bag. Highly recommend for FlingGolf and any other activity that you need a lightweight bag for!
What an incredible purchase! I love my waterfly bag. It has a roomy inside open pocket with zipper and a hidden compartment. It holds everything I need and I can sling it over my head and have my hands-free at all times, but knowing that my valuable items are secure.
I purchased the waist bags with pockets off another site and loved them so much i purchased a sling bags off the actual Waterfly site. Did not disappoint! Great quality, decent price, very nice colours. I'm so happy I discovered this site. I may purchase more as gifts.
I love it! I personally don't need the phone satchel on the shoulder strap so I may look for a smaller/slimmer Waterfly to suit my needs. The bag itself is sturdy, lovely, colorful, 100% what I expected!

This bag is really well made and the materials all seem to be of high quality. Very impressive given the low price. I really like the zipper lock feature on the main zipper. It feels very comfortable to wear. I agree with other comments that the magnet on the outside pouch could be stronger and/or bigger, as it often pops open if you have anything in the front pouch that is more than slim. It's a great bag to hold essentials such as your wallet, phone, keys ect.
I saw this sling bag on a person, and looked up the brand. Emailed them too ask about the color I wanted as it was sold out on the website. Immediately I was emailed back and told that I could now order the color I wanted. Such great customer service. The bag came so fast. It's perfect for me! Thinking of getting another in a different color. Happy with my purchase!
No information has been provided after placing the order. I have only received one email and it was in Chinese. I have tried the two chat features provided multiple times and no one responds. Even though it says they "reply immediately". I don't know if my order will ever ship. Terrible service.
Never heard of Waterfly before but wow! I am very impressed. Workmanship is excellent++ with lots of features not found in most waist packs in this price range. The color is gorgeous and it wears comfortably. I highly recommend this brand.
Delivery was timely. I haven't used the panniers yet, as the weather to ride is not clear and warm enough. I checked out the bags and all look great quality for the price. Lots of room and the top/backpack bag will come in handy to take stuff with me, when I leave the bike parked for long periods of time. I have a Waterfly sling bag I took with me to Italy, which was excellent for what I needed, so I chose their panniers for my bike.
I tried to contact customer service to return my product and there is no such thing, the email on the website and in the order info bounced back and the chat doesn't work. Horrible. Would never order from them again.
Comparing this to a similar bag I have from Eddie Bauer. Wanted this one because it holds two small water bottles (my other bag holds one) and I like the phone pocket. Problem: The piece of plastic ware for holding the strip in place is harder to use than my old bag. Another problem: Though there are two water holders, (my old bag has one), and they are very small and hard to use. Plus, for 2-3 hour hikes I only want to carry one small water bottle. So I'm not sure I actually care about the double water holder.
Since I usually carry my phone in my pants pocket anyway, today I used my old bag for hiking since it's easier to use plus it's lighter and it's very hot out. I was perfectly content using my old bag. Once it gets cooler I may use the Waterfly bag again. We'll see.

I was looking for a slim type of "fanny pack" and this fit the bill. All I wanted to do was fit my phone w/ a case, wallet, and small items (ie. Lip balm). As a plus size gal, I wasn't sure about the length of the strap (plan on a crossbody hold) so I purchased the extender...didn't need it. LOL! Thanks for offering this!
I was told it had shipped and they gave me a tracking # but the tracking service had (and still has) no information for this number as of 3/13. I wanted to cancel the order but they said it had been shipped, and they have taken money out of my account but no information as to its where abouts.
I am really impressed with the quality of the Waterfly products. The first one i saw was the over the shoulder bag. When I searched for a gift, I thought the bike bake was perfect because it was unique. I am very happy with my bike bags and the customer service help I received when ordering.
