"F" RATING ON BBB! ALL COMPLAINTS! This is NOT the official government site, note the similarity in the URL to the government one (sneaky!). All the site does it print your info into the doc, which is a waste of money bc the docs are free online in the gov site. The site is phrased so that you think they also upload them but they don't. It's like filling out a pdf. For getting your birth cert, I recommend just going to the Gov site, printing it, and filling the 1 page out on your own. Then, doing an online notary for $25 (via video chat for verification of who you are). This was a total waste of $49 due to the way the site advertises it. It never says you still have to mail another $25 to get your certificate until AFTER you have paid and filled out the form. It should have just said, "this is to fill out the document only so you can print it out." Remember, all docs are available for free anyway. At least they give a prepaid label, which I only knew about because the guy sent it to me when I called asking about what I do after I printed the stuff. He said it was already sent in my emailed doc but nope, it wasn't attached. I waited in queue for 25 minutes to ask what I was getting for my money and the chat session cut me off saying that I ended the chat. Tou have to FIRST pay before you see what you are getting and you end up missing the tiny fine print once tour in there stating they are 3rd party and are not affiliated with the government site. Sneaky sneaky! Customer service rep "J. O." keeps sending me snarky emails AFTER I was refunded because I complained to paypal. And, you DO NOT get sent a receipt after your purchase. This company tauts excellent service but it's the opposite: unprofessional angry servicers. READ BBB COMPLAINTS AND THEIR 1 STAR RATING!
