VirVentures listed an item for sale on Amazon. Com that I wanted to buy, so I did. They ship me the *wrong* item, and then simply write "sorry, we can't honor the order that was placed and that we processed via Amazon. Com." They asked me to return the item; I did. I asked them to ship me the item I ordered; they said they don't have it. Very poor business practice. But it gets worse... They ask me to remove the negative review I posted on Amazon. Com (which does nothing more than state the facts); however, they have done nothing to resolve my issue:
- I still don't have the product I ordered
- I was still inconvenienced to bring the incorrectly-shipped product to FedEx to return it to VirVenture
- VirVentures is *still* listing a product on Amazon. Com that they cannot fulfill, which is deceitful - My event is over and I didn't have the product I ordered for that event, so I had to pay a lot more money to rent something If VirVentures wants me to provide anything more positive than what I write on Amazon. Com, they need to give me a reason to do so.

It arrived soon after the order was placed. Excellent Product, Price and Service. Thank you, Virventures, for delivering this item so early.

Item arrived before expected and in perfect condition, highly recommend. Excellent seller; prompt shipping.

This company's return policy is unfair. I purchased an item from amazon that I believe stated free returns. The item didn't fit I repackaged it in the original packaging and shipped it back the next day. The company charged me $45.14 restocking fee on a $173.63 item. When I questioned the excessive amount they stated that it was shipping costs. I persisted in my claim and they changed the story to claim that the item was received back in unsellable condition. They told me to file a claim with the shipping carrier but it was shipped via their account. I requested pictures of how the item was receive and they never responded to that request. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I was initially concerned because I was unaware of them when the manufacturer redirected me to their ordering process. But it was a good deal, it is a legit seller and the product was in perfect new condition from the manufacturer and shipped ahead of schedule. We are quite happy and I would buy from them again. Just remember you may need to be a bit patient. Also you can't cancel orders because the manufacturer is doing the shipping it seemed, so once you pull the trigger you are committed. I think their business model is to sell new items at a discount below the official advertised price. My item was manufactured this year overseas and the battery was fully charged in the sealed box, so the item was fresh off the boat.

I had an issue with my refund which was never sent to me. Just spoke to customer services first there was a polite and helpful person who confirmed my details and transferred me to his colleague Richard who helped me to solve the issue in a professional manner, and all that was done in 10 minutes only with 2 minutes of wait—thumbs up and hats off for them.

Fast delivery. Looks awesome. Would buy from seller again. Great description of item. Like new. Very prompt as well. Thank you..

I purchased (in good faith) a Transport Chair through this seller and Amazon.com
I needed to return it. Vir took that opportunity to surcharge me 45% of the original selling price, as his personal "restocking and processing" fee. Amazon used to protect customers from these types of restocking fees by 3rd party sellers, but sellers have been lobbying for years to change that policy. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way, it is no longer in effect! Now 3rd party sellers like this crook, can charge whatever they like and call it a "restocking fee" which he gladly did!

While conducting a bathroom remodel we ordered a Deck Mount Tub Filler. As we opened the container we discovered the faucet was NOT a deck mount but a wall mount. Subsequent efforts to get the item exchanged have been laborious an unsatisfying. Lengthy times on the phone and little help with chat, have left me no choice but review them poorly compared to other suppliers.

My mop arrived with NO HANDLE which was mind boggling. I contacted them and instead of one day, they took two days to respond. They 'escalated' my request to the supplier and told me they 'appreciated my patience.' I have a mop with NO HANDLE and you expect PATIENCE? Not happening.

More people need to report them to Amazon and get them removed. That will be my next step. I can only hope others will do the same.

I would not recommend ordering from Vir Ventures. I ordered a comforter set and chose to return it. The return took about 2 months to complete and to make it worse, I had to pay for shipping! They did not give me all of my money back (I was shorted around $5), but I was so disillusioned to continue calling them and emailing them that I didn't want to continue disputing with them. I would be careful before placing any order with this company.

I purchased a Drive wheelchair from these crooks October 12,2022. It has steadily been falling apart. It is a hyperbaric, heavy duty chair capable of seating 450 pounds. I am far less and wanted it because I'm in it all day being an amputee. I understand a lifetime limited warranty, but under PRODUCT DETAILS, it also says 3 year warranty. I've had to have it serviced 3 times thus far. Their customer service representative said only 60 days! The seat screws were installed backwards and cut my legs. The screws fell out on the right side and one literally broke in half. VERY SHORT! Too short. I'm a 67 year old woman a gentle on the chair. It only goes in my home. I have a transport wheelchair for appointments. If this company can get away with this, it is crazy! It was on Walmart Marketplace. The Attorney General is my next option since I cannot afford an attorney.

Worst company ever. Stole $1,100. Ordered barstools on 4/31. Never shipped. Won't answer phone calls or emails. Call their phone number before ordering. No one will answer. SCAM

I had an incredibly negative experience with Virventures, and I am compelled to share my dreadful experience. Virventures' conduct has been nothing short of deplorable.

From start to finish, their customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. Their indifference and complete lack of professionalism left me feeling disrespected and utterly disregarded as a customer.

After receiving a damaged item from Virventures I encountered nothing but frustration throughout the return process. Their disregard for my concerns and refusal to honor their own policies is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Virventures if they value quality service and customer satisfaction.

They consistently failed to address my concerns adequately, showing a complete disregard for my rights as a customer. Their repeated excuses about relying on manufacturers and carriers were nothing more than feeble attempts to shirk their responsibility. As a seller, it is their duty to ensure a seamless shopping experience, but they fell embarrassingly short. Their refusal to honor the return policy and their failure to provide a timely resolution were deeply disappointing.

Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding the 30-day return window and their subsequent denial of my claim showcased their deceptive practices. It is abundantly clear that Virventures places profit above customer satisfaction and fails to uphold their obligations as a reputable seller.

Based on my harrowing encounter, I deeply discourage doing business with this company. Save yourself the anguish, frustration, and wasted time by exploring alternative sellers who prioritize customer service and accountability.

Great product fast shipping. Authentic products and on time delivery. Excellent customer Support. Very happy :)

Ordered a large chicken coop. It came damaged as well as very cheaply made. I sent it back according to all of virventures instructions. It arrived back to them within a couple days yet it took weeks and constant emails to get my full refund. However, I was told that I would get reimbursed for the shipping since the item was damaged (only had to open on end of box to see the damage) and never received any shipping reimbursement. Was just told that they won't be giving me any of that money back either. I guess virventures is in a habit of sending cheap, damaged merchandise just so YOU can send back and hope that you won't go through the trouble of trying to get your money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! They deserve ZERO rating, however, this review would not let me move forward without submitting at least one star rating.

Great buy on time and a beautiful piece. Buy for my friend birthday gift and it was amazing experience.
