Helping the scammers

I was working with a person using the name covergecko on there site who had a 5 star rating and was to recover bitcoin that was lost in a scam instead he also stole btc from my blockchain account i informed fiverr they informed me they were not liable and would not give me the name of the person who opened this account i informed them this was a criminal offence they did not reply i am now gathering information to submit to police and will take legal action i now know how you get a 5 star rating you buy the ratings off other people who have not used your services and people who work through them are not checked so any scammer can join as long as they make money any body who is interested to make complaints at the same time as me contact me and i will add you to my file sparkymark5555atgmaildotcom
