One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Ordered a couple of AIO Printers because they advertised guaranteed 2 day shipping and I needed for a customer. Apparently, they ship through Staples so there's no tracking. 2 Days later their site says, "Out For Delivery" I was out for the day, and they weren't there when I got home. Checked the site and low and behold there was an entry for both orders at 10:30am, "Customer requests Future or Redelivery" Uhhh, no, I did not. Contacted them and nobody was able to give me a straight answer. Then, all of a sudden I get an email that one of the orders was cancelled and a replacement order was placed, for delivery in TWO MORE DAYS. I called them again and told them I wanted them tomorrow, not a new order, and it was like Keystone Kops. Nobody could do anything. Well, the next morning the two orders were unceremoniously dropped at my door, no notice, no bell ring, but the 3rd order they made was still pending. I called, I emailed, I emailed both Staples and Quill Executives asking that the 3rd order be cancelled and not delivered. All I heard from Customer Service was they can't stop it, it's "already been dispatched for delivery" TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE? With a local Truck Delivery? And they couldn't make a phone call to Staples and say, "DON'T DELIVER IT?" Please. Two days later, again, they unceremoniously drop the 3rd one on my doorstep, IN THE POURING RAIN, with NO plastic wrapping. No doorbell ring, no notice it was left. I eventually found it there and again contacted everyone, including Social Media and told them to come pick it up, and all they do is send me a label, like I have to now take it somewhere to ship it back to them. Finally, late that day the head of Quill CS finally emails me a rude email telling me to keep it, but they're closing my account, lol. THANK YOU! Like I would've ever ordered from these clowns again.
