There is no option for Zero stars, so I am forced to give One star.
Bottom line:
Buyer beware. I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing.

Back in January of 2014, a warning message flashed on our projector screen that our bulb was getting low. We had about 7% bulb life left. When weve gotten this warning in the past, weve immediately ordered another bulb so as not to have the bulb burn out without a replacement ready to go.
On January 12,2014, we ordered the bulb.
On February 9,2014, after less than a month in use, this 2000 hour bulb went out. Wed only watched two movies and the Super Bowl. We reported this to ProjectorQuest.com. After the back and forth exchange of information, the defective bulb was mailed back approximately one week later, and we received the replacement bulb before the end of February.
On Sunday, July 13,2014, the replacement bulb failed. Total bulb usage: 150 hours on a 2000 hour bulb.
On Monday, July 14,2014, this is the response I received after reporting this second failure to ProjectorQuest.com:

Good Morning,
We are sorry to hear that your lamp has failed for a second time. It is very rare for an OEM lamp to fail twice in a such short period of time. It is possible that you received 2 bad lamps, but it is also likely that there is something else wrong with your projector. With this in mind you may want to have the projector serviced prior to replacing the lamp again.
I have reviewed your order and unfortunately the warranty is expired so we will not be able to replace the lamp. Your lamp has a 180 day manufacturers warranty and once it is expired we are unable to replace the lamp. As it is a manufacturers warranty we are not allowed any flexibility once the warranty has expired.
If you have any further questions, concerns or would like help placing a new order please feel to contact is directly at *******334.
Kind Regards,
You can imagine my disgust after hearing that we just flushed $250 down the toilet. So, this was my response:

Good morning.
When we purchased a lamp from you, it was because our current lamp was running low, and we prefer to order early rather than wait for the bulb to burn out. This same "old bulb" we were replacing is the one we used while we were waiting for the first replacement bulb to arrive. It is also the same bulb we used to finish watching the World Cup final, since your bulb went out during the middle of the game.
Our projector works just fine with our "old bulb." However, neither of your bulbs has lasted for more than a few movies and games. The issue is not with our projector. The issue is with your bulbs.
If I'm understanding you correctly, you are not going to replace the second faulty bulb you've sent to us. Is this correct? So we've spent $250 and get nothing in return?
Hopefully I'm misunderstanding you, and you will do what's right and stand behind your product and either send us a replacement for the faulty bulb or issue a refund.
Thank you,
Customer

Update for Case #GTQCase_******* - "RE: Projectorquest.com: New Order # PJQ**************"
Good Afternoon,
We are very sorry that your lamp has failed. Unfortunately we are dealing with a manufacturers warranty and as I mentioned in the previous email your warranty has expired so we are unable to have the lamp replaced.
If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us directly at *******334.
Kind Regards,
Two months later, we are still using our old bulb the one that we were trying to replace. There is nothing wrong with our projector. But there is something very wrong with a company that sells defective bulbs and wont stand behind their products.
