Sure it is, that's why there are son many multiple winners. You'll notice their handpicked winners always thank them for MULTIPLE WINS. By LAW when you set a date for a contest end, it must be awarded. Prize grab fakes it. They lie about awarding the 25k 15k reward. Oh wait…nope you been saying daily it's there to win, no one wins.
