Finally got a tech expert who help me with recalculations of a amended return. Tech seen there was no change in the amended calculations and she recopied and add the 1040x and the calculations appeared

I have used several software packages over the years, and this is by far, THE BEST! Easy to use, great support when there is a problem (not very often), and very affordable!

Getting answers from the help desk is slow. When they do answer it is a fix. Scroll bars are miniscule! This slows me WAY DOWN

Jordano is a wealth of information! I had called previously with the same concern and did not receive the excellent service Jordano provided!

Good support and decent tax software last year. This year, their portal doesn't recognize my old password, so I'm unable to re-set it! They also do not answer the phone, after an hour on hold! Even the chat is extremely slow. I might need to make a change so I can help my clients!
