WARNING DO NOT USE: These folks are professional thieves who have gone as far as harassing me, using scare tactics, blackmailing, and bulling. This is a re-post as my original post was accidently deleted.

Recap of Events:

1. Attempted to gain assistance for a paper - the hope was to get something that I might be able to use to provide insight into what I needed to do for my paper. The majority of the paper was already done, and it was only a very small part that I wasn't sure what to do with.
2. The company did not perform the work as requested. They asked for additional time and advised that they would assign a new writer. They provided a diagram of sorts that was completely inaccurate and absolutely no written information at all.
3. They assigned another writer that took an additional day and now it is past the due date that they were supposed to meet. The modified version had a diagram that was again not at all what was needed and this time they did a small write up of about 50 words (the amount paid justified at least 600 words, per their website)
4. I again advised that this documentation was wrong and nothing usable was submitted. I advised that they were past the deadline and that I would instead proceed on my own. They pushed and pushed advised they would again get another writer to allow them yet another chance.
5. About two days passed again, now even further off from the due date. The new write up was turned in and it was EXACTLY the same item that was provided during the 2nd write-up (NO CHANGE THE EXACT SAME THING)
6. I advised them that this was it to please provide me with a refund as they did not meet any of the obligations indicated. However, THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE REFUND advising that they did meet the deadline and is the only obligation they need to meet.
7. I again asked for a refund and asked that the escalate my request. I contacted them via their online IM tool and even via email. The continued to refused and refuse saying that they would instead give me credit to their site. I advised that I have never used a service like this before and never intend to again. And, even if I did, I would NEVER use them, given the outcome produced. They continued to push and advised that under no circumstance would they be providing a refund. It was a take it or leave it situation
8. I posted my review here and proceeded to contact my bank to dispute their charges
9. This company saw my post and began to text, email, and call me at all hours of the day and night. They said that I need to remove my posted review immediately. That they would consider providing me a refund if I took this down. I advised that I wouldn't take this down as the people deserve to know what is going on. The company continued to contact me via text and phone
10. My bank provided me with a good faith refund and advised me that they contacted My Perfect Paper regarding my dispute
11. My perfect paper contacted me via text and phone now telling me to close the dispute with the bank and they would refund me. I advised that I would not close out the dispute with my bank
12. My Perfect Paper contacted me again and again and now started saying that they are going to call my school. That they will tell the school that I've plagiarized my work (which is not true). At one point, they left me a message saying that I have to call them back immediately as they have the school on the other line and that they are reporting me.
13. These folks continued to text and leave messages at all hours of the day or night with threats and trying to bully me into removing this post and closing my dispute with the bank
14. These folks then indicated that they are in contact with legal - that they will be pressing charges and I would be getting subpoena in the mail, in addition to them contacting the school
15. Thru-out all of this I advised them multiple times to stop contacting me and they would not stop.

ATTACHED ARE SOME OF THE TEXTS THEY SENT ME - I also saved a couple of voicemails that I'd be happy to share. Unfortunately, this site doesn't accept the media time.

I eventually responded 'STOP' to their text messages and do not receive them any more. I reached out to Morgan and Morgan legal firm to see if they will take this on from legal aspect. If anyone on here has experienced the same and would like to be part of this legal claim or tell their story, please contact me here directly.

To everyone who is reading this: DO NOT GIVE IN TO THESE THREATS
BECAREFUL WITH ANY POSTIVE REVIEW FOR THEM ON HERE – THEY SEEM LIKE FAKES. THESE FOLKS WILL ALSO CLAIM IT IS NOT THEM CALLING AND THAT IT IS NOT THEIR NUMBER. LIES

What these folks are doing is criminal and very much illegal. There are privacy, consumer, and criminal law that is meant to protect us from these type of things. Please make sure you take a moment to post your experience and work directly with your bank for a refund as these folks will not give you one. It is your right to post feedback regrading your experiences and speak up, do not let anyone silence you.
