BUYER BEWARE!
March 24, 2025

BUYER BEWARE! FURTHER UPDATE: THE CURRENT OFFER IS NOT WHAT WAS AGREED TO WITH BETH! ALSO WHY WOULD I PAY A RESTOCKING FEE ON A RING I DID NOT ORDER - A JUDGE CAN DECIDE IF A AMICABLE RESOLUTION CAN NOT BE AGREED TOO? IT SEEMS LIKE YOU LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND AS YOU SEE FIT! PICTURES TELLS THE WHOLE STORY THE RING I BOUGHT IS "NOT" THE RING THAT WAS BROUGHT IN! THAT'S THE BOTTOMLINE YOU ARE CONVIENTLY AVOIDING ADRESSING BUT IN A AROUND ABOUT WAY YOU ARE AGREEING TO WITH THE FULL CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER - JUST THAT YOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY ON YOUR MISTAKE - WHY DONT YOU PICK UP THE PHONE AND DISCUSS WITH ME OTHER THAN GETTING YOUR HIRED HELP TO DO YOUR DIRTY WORK! UPDATE:
They finally admit guilt and refund me my credit card charge which originally they would NOT do and ONLY give me a store credit and I would still owe the credit card charge to which I said absolutely NOT to the despicable offer. By offering to cancel the order NOW they are admitting to their mistake thus giving me a full credit card refund – NOW there was also a $1k CASH deposit – they will NOT return this fully – they want to charge a restocking fee on a ring they ordered in ERROR – CROOKS! How do you charge a customer a restocking fee for YOUR ERROR?! If you are honorable you DONT – this was never approved or agreed to and when I got to the store they change the compensation to that they will keep 580 and ONLY give me 420 for their mistake – over and above that since my X partner had been apart of this purchase they want him to attend when I want to use the store credit – WHAT REALLY! FOR JUST 400$$$$$ - YOU GOT TO BE NUTS! IM GONNA ASK A X TO ACCOMPANY ME TO USE THE STORE CREDIT OTHERWISE THEY WILL "NOT" LET ME USE IT – HOW DARE THEY PLAY GOD WITH ME AND TELL ME HOW AND WHEN I CAN ONLY USE THIS CREDIT!
I will be taking them to Court for the balance of $1000 that I should be entitled too since they are now admitting to their error by cancelling the Order which originally they said they would not and would NOT cancel the credit card charge either. HOW DECEITFUL CAN ONE BUSINESS BE – GETTING PAID FOR THEIR MISTAKE BY CHARGING A RESTOCKIING FEE! AGAIN BUYER BEWARE! DONT SHOP HERE! TELLS YOU ONE THING THEN CHANGES THEIR MIND OR STORY TO SUIT THEIR NEEDS! 1st post: Purchased a solitaire ring with a 12 diamond halo in yellow gold which they only had white gold so they had to order it- when it came in there was NO halo- I said where's the halo- Novena says it's still a beautiful ring to my dismay- I am not buying her mistake which she is now claiming she never said there would be a halo- i took a picture of the white gold ring and the yellow gold ring which clearly shows a discrepancy but they are decetfully trying to get me to puchase as if the halo is there- there is a great price difference in missing 12 diamonds which they are fraudulent trying to get me to pay for- partial pymt is with flexiti which store says they can't cancel but upon talking with Flexiti they said store can cancel the order anytime as long as I don't have the ring which I was never in possession of...
They are going to be sued for their deceitful game they are playing in trying to make me buy a ring that was never consented too- Breach of Contract- fraudulent activity to make money but in these trying times and modern technology it is very easy to get the truth out there- don't trust Novena and this store in general!
I was able to get this exact ring with halo at the same price point elsewhere but chose these guys never again!
