I ordered chocolate for my grandmothers 100th birthday but sadly it arrived 20 minutes too late as I had to leave for the flight for her birthday party. It took over a week to arrive. Anyway the chocolate is great.

I will be buying from the store again. Our family grew up with crunchies and flakeys annd all kinds of British food because our mother was British. I was so happy to find this website for my sister's birthday. She was delighted to receive this box of goodies! I will be buying again!

I was really looking forward to my order, but it arrived damaged right out of the box. One of the ceramic items had a chip and hairline crack that clearly happened during shipping due to inadequate packaging. I reached out to customer service multiple times with photos, but received no response. Not even an acknowledgment. After getting no help, I went ahead and returned the item myself, hoping for a refund. Still waiting—no updates, no confirmation, nothing. It's incredibly frustrating when a company shows zero urgency or accountability for something that's clearly on their end. On top of that, another item I ordered had a strange chemical smell that didn't go away even after washing. I ended up tossing it. The lack of care in both product and service has been disappointing, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Pleasant and a pleasure to shop, the online app was fantastic too, so many choices that are such of good high quality! Very smooth and soft to the touch I love receiving my previous purchases and could not stop strolling!

I'm so glad I found the English Tea shop to purchase my Yorkshire gold! This is such a great alternative to the big online box store, if you know what I mean. Customer service was top-notch, and the delivery time was good. All of this for a fair price. I will be a repeat purchaser!

It's hard to be a tea drinker in the US. The stores have few choices and they are often stale. I was delighted to find delicious fresh teas that were delivered to my door.

Perfect compliment for a Scottish themed tea party. I hosted a table of eight with fine china, silver, Tartan plaid linen, white rose centerpiece, and the perfect takeaway items including honey and shortbread!

Was looking for a birthday gift to honor my mate. He's from Liverpool and we follow a Premier League soccer team named Everton. Their team name is the Toffees, so this product from England is a perfect token of our friendship and shared love of our football team.

The company has a fun website. There's plenty to choose from if you're in the mood for a snack or a cup of tea. I loved the Norfolk Manor jelly babies they are t but the best. I hope to order more in the near future.

I can't get Barry's tea at my grocery store, so I'm glad I found it here. Same goes for some of the shortbread options. US shortbread brands don't have the rich, buttery flavor you get in the UK, so it's nice being able to order them from here to enjoy at home. The tea box I ordered is really handy and of good quality and value. It fits A LOT of tea. I'll definitely come back when I need to restock on some tea related items.

Never had any problems with this company. They sell high quality tea. Always fresh not over dried leaves. The tea leaves are big, and not just pieces of tea. Takes only a small amount to make a delicious flavorable tea. Their prices are very good.

I was trying a couple of flavors that I had not had before and they were just okay (definitely not your fault, I just prefer my favorites but like to try something new occasionally). The packaging and shipping and condition of the products was all good! I will be happy to order from you again in the future. Thank you. 🙂

Although Bonne Maman are ALWAYS superior products, our customer service experience with "English Tea Store" was mediocre. Either the website needs to be updated or customer relations needs to inform clients of shipment status. I placed my order on 3/19/25. It shipped on 3/28/25. The time I spent on follow up of this order was entirely too much (two calls and one email).

I order online and I find it very easy to pick up tea from the store just by clicking on the tea tab it comes up with a list of types of tea just click on the one you wand to look at in my case black tea and a list comes up of all the black teas that are available. I just look them over and pick the one I want to get. Then I just go to cart and pay for my order and I am done.

The website was easy to use and locating the exact product that I was looking for was extremely easy. I was so impressed that I have already placed another order. I plan on becoming a regular customer in the future and maybe ordering additional merchandise.

I have never ordered from English Tea Store before. I was pleased with how quickly filled and shipped the order. As silly as this may sound, I was VERY glad they used a box. I've occasionally ordered tea and other crushable items from a major online presence and they ship them in a plastic envelope.

I received my tea, kind of. FedEx dropped my package off at a neighbor's apartment since FedEx was too lazy to check the apartment number and of course you can't get through to a living person to complain...only the shipper. Glad I live in an area now where I know my neighbors. Either way, i ZERO complaints about your website or shipping experience and I am enjoying my teas. Sadly I don't think there is really a good shipping alternative since they all suck these days and usually charge too much for their service.
