UPDATED REVIEW: Received a call from Mike who appeared to be a manager. Mike was very professional and courteous. The issues I had was not that the product was discontinued but the lack of communication and length of time it took to get my order refunded as well as my inability to get a status update or talk to anyone. Mike apologized and explained that person I spoke to was a new employee and what happened shouldn't have happened. He made things right with me so I have changed it to a 4 star review. Of coarse the 4 stars are not for the service/product (I have not received the product for obvious reasons) but for the damage control that Mike has done.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am getting my oil changed, so while waiting decided to do a nice thing and tell people about this outfit that calls itself clockway. So impossible thing happened. I have found someone with customer service worse than Comcast! I ordered an almost $300 clock on Friday a couple of weeks ago. On Tuesday still no word of confirmation of shipping or order received. BUT money left the account. At this point i decide to email them asking for status of order. Automatic email comes that says i will get a response within 24 to 48 hours. First of all, holy crap! 48 hours just to get a simple status update! Impressive! Wednesday another email to these geniuses of customer service world, still nothing. It was a busy week at work so Thursday finally find time to call these clowns. Now, take a seat before you read next sentence. This epic pool of customer service hell is only open 4 hours during the day. Guess which 4 hours. Yup, 11 am to 3 pm CST. Pretty much the time when everyone is at work and unable to call them. So Friday, i tell my boss that i found someone who would win in a marathon of absence of customer service against Comcast and go on to call them. After short prompt that takes about 5 minutes to get to a person that sounds like she just woke up after a long night of doing anything but customer service I was finally speaking to a human being! She gets my order number and says something along the lines "i thought i emailed you a few days ago". No you didn't you beautiful soul. She continues to tell me that the item i order was discontinued. So here i am sitting 7 calendar days or 5 business days since i ordered waiting for my item that i pretty much needed the day when i called them. With her sleepy voice she tells me she will cancel my order as if this is a regular thing as brushing your teeth. The fact that i tried to contact them for a week did not matter. The fact that i lost a week just made her annoyed. Tells me that it will take 2-3 business days to get my refund. Now its business day number 5, still no refund. Hey guys, if you are reading this. Save your money, time, nerves. Go to amazon. Still wondering if i will get my money back. Hope you girl who i spoke to gets some sleep, you sounded to sleepy! I mean those 4 hour work days kill! Nice job on the fake reviews too, lol at least make them look like real customers left them.
