I had ordered a Xiaomi mi Max LCD from "Cellspare" and Aliexpress/Lazada seller"Capas". The delivery timeline was 10 days for Capas and 1.5 months for Cellspare. Tested first the item from "Capas" since it arrived quickly, the quality was good, display color, touch sensitivity was very good, the durability of the materials like thickness of flex cable was same as the original also, only difference with the original LCD was the brightness, it was not as bright as original when its 100 percent. Well the original LCD was too bright when its at 100 percent so its not a big deal. I was looking forward to the "Cellspare" item to arrive since it claims OEM and same quality with original, when the product from "Cellspare" arrived, I was very disappointed, the product was far from its claim "same as original quality" plus it was defective. The item i received had a permanent horizontal line at lower part of LCD, the display color was very yellowish, the material used like flex cable was a lot thinner than the original/"Capas" item, the touch screen sensitivity was poor(response only for first few seconds then stop responding). I immediately contact "Cellspare" regarding the issue, I needed to send few emails and "Cellspare website Contact us" before they response my mails, finally i got response from them instructing to send back the item, After sending back the item, I needed to follow up again the status since its been few weeks already from the date arrived to "Cellspare", After sending few follow up emails and from website contact us, finally got a reply informing the new tracking number for replacement item, I replied immediately to hold the shipping since my request was for refund, since then they did not response to any of my follow up emails and from "Cellspare website Contact us". After more than 1 month of following up(no reply from then at all), finally got a reply informing that the claim is "REJECT" due to reason of "damage in transit".
"Cellspare" originally accepted the return product as defective and willing to send a replacement item, 37 days later the claim is changed to reject and reason is "damage in transit".
I spent more than 3 months of time from order date regarding this matter and what i get is irresponsible customer service. What i lost is not only more than 3 months of waste of time, the return shipping fee, purchase item fee and item itself.
What i can say about "Cellspare" is their Customer service are very very bad and not only their service, the products they sell is far away from that they claim same as original quality. Will never buy or recommend this company.
