Unresponsive to email, and no customer service number
March 31, 2025

A coworker in-advertently created ads for our dental office on my personal account on office computer. So, I had to get a free monthly to download and transfer to the office. I did not get a reminder that the membership was coming due. I forgot about it until I think the date of renewal, I logged in and tried to cancel the membership, it looked like the cancellation was accepted. Canva's account manager looks like a personal account? I thought it was cancelled an all was ok. NO, IT WAS NOT. I was charged the yearly membership and now three emails and 3 attempts to cancel, it's not super easy to find where to cancel, no support at all for this problem. My computer was not working and impossible to do on your phone app. NOT HAPPY, WITH CHARGES, NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS OR REQUEST TO PRO-RATE AND REFUND. I now have a $390.00 Canva account to do what? Make birthday cards for my mother? Agghh! The lack of help, support, contact information is really disappointing for such a company.

Tip for consumers:

Online company's and apps should have a contact number or email address for luddites such as myself to get help. the lack of customer service is appalling, and I am convinced this is how a lot of memberships are put through and sold to people who do not want an entire year of the applications.

Products used:

I only used to transfer created files.
