Length: 1/4 in(6.5mm) and absolutely loved it. It was in my ear cartilage as stated on the site as a standard placementofcthis piece. I only had it in for a month when I was washing my hair and noticed it had fallen out. I'm not sure how this could happen if they are made for ear cartilage use. Money literally down the drain.

I ordered a single item from this shop. A whole week elapsed with no communication besides "order received". Then when I inquired about what was taking so long, they tell me the item I ordered is out of stock! They couldn't be bothered to tell me this though; I didn't find out until I contacted them! There was ZERO communication on their part; still waiting for a refund.

I ordered twice because I was very satisfied with my first order. But the second time French customs required me to pay taxes which made twice the price, so I sadly returned my order. I explained to customer support with whom I had great exchanges. As soon as received their package back they refunded the order.
Too bad for me because I liked the good quality and originality of my first order.

Purchased a 14k belly button ring that was so tiny, not what the description indicated. Tried to call - no phone number. Sent several emails with not luck. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WASTED $150.00!

I ordered a dark colored 14g microdermal to hide my piercing for my new job, and 2-3 day shipping.

What I received? Medium colored 16g micordermal, 8 days.

I got reimbursed for the shipping because they made a mistake. It arrived a little over a week later. I was stressed while I was waiting for it, and sent "customer service" a stressed detailed email. I was given the tracking information with a smiley face as if I didn't know my order was still in Florida for 5 days.

When it finally arrived and I told my job it was here, but the wrong color and that I'd paint it dark tonight - painted it... attempted to put it on. IT WAS NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED.

Wrong shipping, wrong color, wrong size - I only ordered ONE thing.

I ordered the (DIAMOND 16G Flat Back Push-In Stud - Cartilage, Tragus, Lip) for my tragus piercing, but the bar was too short. I emailed, but NEVER got a response. What makes things worse is they don't provide a phone number and now it's almost 30 days, therefore too late for a return/exchange. I'm furious because I don't know what to do with my purchase that I CAN'T use! It was almost a $200 purchase.

I ordered an L-shaped stud, and the stud I received had more of a J shape. I contacted support and they sent me another order. The second order I received had the same exact problem. I contacted support again and asked for a refund, not a third order. I have not heard back from them since. These days there are more important issues out there, but when you pay for an item it needs to be at least decent. The items I received are unusable. Shipping time was about 10 days for both orders. I thought it was because of the holiday load, but other reviews mention that as well. I will never buy from this company again.

THEY FAILED TO LET ME KNOW, I HAD TO REACH OUT TWICE TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND AS TO WHERE MY PURCHASE WAS AFTER THEY SENT ME THE SENT SHIPMENT TRACKING DETAILS. THEN WHEN REVIEWING MY PURCHASE AFTER WAITING AN EXTRA WEEK FOR IT AN ITEM IS MISSING. YOU'D THINK FOR A COMPANY TO PURPOSELY HOLD AN ITEM THEY'D DOUBLE/TRIPLE CHECK ALL PURCHASED ITEMS WERE BEING SHIPPED OUT. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE
