I have a complaint regarding the below complaint ID.

I had raised my 1st complaint on 16th September 2023 as it was not showing that the product is picked up. Till now I have raised 5 to 7 complaints and still not got a proper solution. As requested, I am shared videos & screenshots regarding this incident. Where as it's clearly seen, that the courier person has taken the parcel, he did not open it and took it from us on 15th September 2023 at 9:44AM. Then also, there was no reply from AJIO side. The team kept denying that they have not picked up.
I had shared the Video & Screenshots on my 3rd complaint, I got a call from AJIO team after 5 to 6 days of sending mail, then also they had not seen the video and mail sent by me. I had shared it through my registered E-Mail ID itself. I am not getting a proper SOLUTION & RESPONSE from AJIO SIDE.
